Yasama D\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan yemin t\u00f6reninde, ba\u015f\u0131nda K\u00fcrt ulusal renkleri olan bir bantla, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yemini K\u00fcrt\u00e7e &#8220;Bu yemini T\u00fcrk ve K\u00fcrt halklar\u0131n\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi ad\u0131na ediyorum&#8221; c\u00fcmlesiyle tamamlamas\u0131 nedeniyle meclis salonunda tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. 2 Mart 1994&#8217;te [1] , ABD&#8217;de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir konu\u015fma y\u00fcz\u00fcnden, TBMM Genel Kurulu&#8217;nda yap\u0131lan oylamada, Orhan Do\u011fan, Hatip Dicle, Ahmet T\u00fcrk, S\u0131rr\u0131 Sak\u0131k ve Mahmut Al\u0131nak&#8217;la beraber milletvekilli\u011fi dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ertesi g\u00fcn dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan di\u011fer 5 milletvekiliyle birlikte g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>17 Mart 1994&#8217;te, grup arkada\u015flar\u0131 Hatip Dicle, Selim Sadak ve Orhan Do\u011fan ile birlikte tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi. 8 Aral\u0131k 1994&#8217;te yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fct \u00fcyeli\u011fi su\u00e7undan mahk\u00fbm olarak 15 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
