Anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin b\u00fct\u00fcn sak\u0131ncalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nce TBMM Anayasa Komisyonunda, daha sonra TBMM Genel Kurulunda \u0131srarla anlatt\u0131k. Milletin meclisini yok etme projesine TBMM\u2019den onay \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in milletvekili arkada\u015flar\u0131m takdire \u015fayan ve tarihe ge\u00e7ecek bir m\u00fccadele verdiler. Hepsine y\u00fcrekten te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. 90 y\u0131l \u00f6nce &#8216;hakimiyet kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z milletindir&#8217; diyerek kurulan TBMM ne yaz\u0131k ki milletin hakimiyetini yok eden bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kabul etmi\u015ftir. \u015eimdi s\u00f6z, karar ve yetki millettedir. Konu milletin divan\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. Meclisin yanl\u0131\u015f hesab\u0131 milletten d\u00f6necektir. S\u00f6z\u00fcn as\u0131l sahibi son s\u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6yleyecektir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;AYM\u2019ye gitmeyece\u011fiz, ba\u015fvurmayaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ku\u015fkusuz anayasaya ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k iddias\u0131yla Anayasa Mahkemesine gitme yolumuz bulunmaktad\u0131r&#8221; diyen K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: &#8220;Ancak sorun salt bir hukuk tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sorunu de\u011fil. Halk\u0131n konuya do\u011frudan el koyup siyasal olarak kesin bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6zmesi sorunudur. Halk\u0131n egemenli\u011fini koruyacak olan yine halk\u0131n \u00f6z iradesi ve g\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u2018Milletin istiklalini yine milletin azim ve karar\u0131 kurtaracakt\u0131r.\u2019 Halk\u0131n iradesiyle korunamayan bir egemenli\u011fin ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir g\u00fc\u00e7le korunmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle sand\u0131kta karar\u0131n verilece\u011fi 16 Nisan\u2019a kadar \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 60 g\u00fcn\u00fc milletin hakemli\u011fine emanet edece\u011fiz. S\u00f6z konusu olan milletin egemenli\u011fiyse bu konuda as\u0131l Y\u00fcce Divan halk\u0131n divan\u0131d\u0131r. Milletin divan\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bunun i\u00e7in AYM\u2019ye gitmeyece\u011fiz, ba\u015fvurmayaca\u011f\u0131z. Biz CHP olarak bu milletin ferasetine g\u00fcveniyoruz. Bu milletin engin sa\u011fduyusuna g\u00fcveniyoruz. Bu milletin vatan\u0131na, bayra\u011f\u0131na sad\u0131k oldu\u011funa g\u00fcveniyoruz. Bu milletin demokrasiye sahip \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131na, TBMM&#8217;ye yani kendi iradesine sahip \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131na g\u00fcveniyoruz.
