FET\u00d6 mensubu ter\u00f6ristler taraf\u0131ndan bombalanan Meclis, 15 Temmuz hain darbe giri\u015fimini gelecek nesillere aktarmak i\u00e7in bombalanan yeri m\u00fcze olarak koruyacak. Yeni halkla ili\u015fkiler binas\u0131 yap\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce halkla ili\u015fkiler binas\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lan eski milletvekili makamlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu binalar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan TBMM \u0130dari Amiri Salim Uslu, buraya yeni 2 bina yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayr\u0131ca binalar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yere Meclisin zor g\u00fcnlerde s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fi acil y\u00f6netim merkezi olarak kullan\u0131lacak bir yer mekan yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cDarbe gecesini unutmayaca\u011f\u0131z, unutturmayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Yeni bir g\u00fcvenlik konsepti olu\u015fturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten ve bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ilgili Meclis \u0130dare Amirlerinin bilgilendirildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Salim Uslu \u201cBombalanan alan gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in cam \u00e7er\u00e7eveye al\u0131nd\u0131, gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan buras\u0131 duracak. Giri\u015fteki yer ise m\u00fcze haline getirilecek. O g\u00fcn buraya bombalar at\u0131l\u0131rken, i\u00e7eride insanlar bombalara kar\u015f\u0131 direnirken \u00e7ekilen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri buray\u0131 gezen insanlara sesli ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc olarak g\u00f6stermek istiyoruz. Y\u0131k\u0131lan yerlerin resimlerini, \u015farapnel par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcze alan\u0131nda sergilemek istiyoruz. Buras\u0131 ya\u015fat\u0131lan bir tarih olacak. Darbe gecesini unutmayaca\u011f\u0131z, unutturmayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cAcil y\u00f6netim merkezi olarak kullan\u0131labilecek bir merkez olacak\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Eski halkla ili\u015fkiler binalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, onlar\u0131n yerine Meclis ana binan\u0131n mimarisine uygun bir \u015fekilde 2 tane yeni bina yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Uslu \u201cBinalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde otopark\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yere Meclisin sava\u015fta ya da afette, zor g\u00fcnlerinde s\u00fcrekli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fi bir mekan olacak. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle orada kalabilece\u011fi, insani ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 giderebilece\u011fi, bas\u0131n haber alma merkezi, s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak sa\u011fl\u0131k ekiplerinin haz\u0131r bulunabilece\u011fi bir acil y\u00f6netim merkezi olarak kullan\u0131labilecek bir merkez olacak. Bunlar projelendirildi\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni yap\u0131lan halkla ili\u015fkiler binas\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131r yemek kokusu, odalar\u0131n kullan\u0131\u015fs\u0131z olmas\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenlik gibi sorunlar oldu\u011funu belirten Uslu, milletvekillerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan binalara ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 hususunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini fakat buna ili\u015fkin bir karar verilmedi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cMeclisin \u00fczerinden hava arac\u0131 ge\u00e7emeyecek\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Mecliste al\u0131nacak g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerine ili\u015fkin de bilgi veren Salim Uslu, \u201cMeclis b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerini al\u0131rken \u015funa dikkat ediyoruz, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve g\u00fcvenlik aras\u0131ndaki hassas dengeyi kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Elbette Meclis bir k\u0131\u015fla de\u011fil, ama bir AVM\u2019de de\u011fil. En medeni ilkelerde, en ileri demokrasilerde hangi g\u00fcvenlik tedbirleri al\u0131n\u0131yorsa bizde de ayn\u0131s\u0131 olacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Meclise girecek vatanda\u015flar\u0131n milletvekillerinden randevu alarak i\u00e7eriye girebileceklerini, her noktada g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlisi bulundurmak yerine kartl\u0131 sistemi yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131, Meclise gelen kargolar i\u00e7in Ayranc\u0131 kap\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yerde kargo merkezi olu\u015fturacaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uslu \u201cKamp\u00fcse girecek ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in yeni bir yer planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Meclisin \u00fczerinde ne drone ne helikopter ne de u\u00e7an ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7emeyecek. Radar sistemi kilitlenmek suretiyle Meclisin \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7ilmesini engelleyecek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Devletin haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n Ankara\u2019da oldu\u011funu belirten ve Ankara\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131yla korunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Salim Uslu, \u201cDevletimizin bekas\u0131 i\u00e7in hassas bir yerdir Ankara.
