Emekli ve hak sahipleri, emekli ikramiyesi \u00f6demelerini 21 Mart 2017 tarihinden itibaren maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 almakta olduklar\u0131 banka \u015fubelerindeki hesaplar\u0131ndan tahsil edebileceklerdir. Bu kapsamda olan ve a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu davan\u0131n hangi a\u015famada oldu\u011fu veya sigortal\u0131 hizmetleri ile birlikte hizmeti 30 y\u0131ldan fazla olanlar\u0131n sigortal\u0131 hizmet s\u00fcrelerinin tetkiki, gibi nedenlerle i\u015flemleri devam edenlere, inceleme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6demeler yap\u0131lmaya devam edecektir. Bu nedenle de ba\u015fvuruda bulunmu\u015f olanlardan incelemeleri devam edenlerin ayr\u0131ca bir talepte bulunmalar\u0131na gerek bulunmamaktad\u0131r\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130kramiye tutar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 7 bin 500 lira olarak belirlendi<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu a\u00e7\u0131klamada her tam hizmet y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6denecek ikramiye tutar\u0131n\u0131n bir y\u0131ll\u0131k tutar\u0131 50 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6denecek toplam ikramiye tutar\u0131 ise 100 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda olamayacak \u015fekilde emekli ikramiyelerinin \u00f6denece\u011fi vurgulanarak \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0\u201cBuna g\u00f6re, 1994 y\u0131l\u0131 Mart ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde emekli olan ve 37 y\u0131l 9 ayl\u0131k hizmeti \u00fczerinden emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u011flanan bir \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcne (7) tam hizmet y\u0131l\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6denecek emekli ikramiyesi, emekli oldu\u011fu tarihteki katsay\u0131lara g\u00f6re 70,77 TL (10,11 x 7) olmakla birlikte, her y\u0131l\u0131na \u00f6denecek ikramiye 50 TL\u2019den az olmayaca\u011f\u0131ndan emeklimize \u00f6denecek ikramiye tutar\u0131 350 TL olacakt\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan, 2006 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u011flanan ayn\u0131 durumdaki emeklimize \u00f6denecek emekli ikramiyesi ise 7 bin 317,17 TL (1.045,31 x 7) tutar\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r. \u0130kramiye tutar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 7 bin 500 lira olarak belirlenmi\u015f olup, 7 bin 500 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 \u00fczerindeki tutar ilk \u00f6deme tarihinden itibaren hesaplanacak kanuni faiziyle birlikte 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 Mart ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6denecektir.
