Bulgaristan’\u0131n, T\u00fcrklerin oy kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in “Kiril alfabesi” ile sand\u0131k kurulu huzurunda dilek\u00e7e yazmalar\u0131n\u0131 mecburi hale getirmesi tepkiye sebep oldu.<\/h2>\n

Bulgaristan’daki milletvekili se\u00e7imleri i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye’de oy kullanacak \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flara, sand\u0131k kurulu huzurunda Kiril alfabesiyle hi\u00e7 kimseden yard\u0131m almadan dilek\u00e7e yazma mecburiyeti getirildi. Sand\u0131k ba\u015f\u0131nda yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken dilek\u00e7eleri Kril alfabesini bilmeyen soyda\u015flar dolduramayaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in oy kullanamayacak. Daha evvel T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 141 sand\u0131kta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Bulgaristan se\u00e7imleri bu y\u0131l Bulgaristan\u2019\u0131n dayatmalar\u0131 sebebiyle 35 sand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 500 bin Bulgaristan se\u00e7meninin oldu\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye’de bu durum tepkiye sebep oldu.<\/p>\n

Balkan G\u00f6\u00e7menleri K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Derne\u011fi Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel \u00d6zkan, \u201cYar\u0131n Bulgaristan’da parlamento se\u00e7imleri yap\u0131lacak. Bu do\u011frultuda Bulgaristan\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de sand\u0131klar a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Bulgaristan vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan T\u00fcrkler T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de oy kullanma hakk\u0131na sahipler. Se\u00e7imlerde \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar var. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte parlamento ve cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imlerinde T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sand\u0131k say\u0131s\u0131 141 iken, bu say\u0131 35 sand\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Bursa\u2019da bu say\u0131 ise 41 sand\u0131ktan 8 sand\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu kasten yap\u0131ld\u0131. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oy kullanma hakk\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan bir uygulama. Biz bunu \u015fiddetle protesto ediyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

\u201cBulgaristan\u2019dan Kiril oyunu\u201d<\/h3>\n

Bu se\u00e7imlerde en b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flar\u0131n Kiril alfabesiyle oy kullanma taleplerini beyan eden bir dilek\u00e7e dolduracak olmalar\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u00d6zkan, \u201cBu dilek\u00e7eleri eskiden Kiril alfabesini bilmeyenler sand\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda doldururken dernek olarak biz destek veriyorduk. Fakat bu se\u00e7imlerde Bulgaristan bunu yasaklad\u0131. Bu insanlar\u0131n ana dili T\u00fcrk\u00e7e. \u00c7o\u011fu Kril alfabesini bilmiyor. Kiril alfabesiyle dilek\u00e7elerini sand\u0131k kurulunun \u00f6n\u00fcnde doldurmalar\u0131 isteniyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fayan Bulgaristan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 olanlar\u0131 bu alfabeyi bilmiyor. Bulgaristan, T\u00fcrklerin oy kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir uygulamaya gidiyor. Bu uygulama demokrasiyle hi\u00e7 ba\u011fda\u015fm\u0131yor. Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fcyesi olan Bulgaristan parlamentosunun ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kararlar\u0131 \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131kla izliyoruz. Ben T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sand\u0131\u011fa gitmeye ve sa\u011fduyulu olmaya davet ediyorum. Oy kullanma i\u015flemleri 07:00\u2019de ak\u015fam 20:00\u2019ye kadar devam edecek. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z gerekirse 8 saat sand\u0131klar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda beklesin.
