T\u00fcrkiye Perakendeciler Federasyonu (TPF), referandum sonras\u0131nda Meclis’in g\u00fcndemine gelecek olan ‘Hal Yasas\u0131’ d\u00fczenlemesini, y\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7mesi planlanan 0 ‘At\u0131k Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi’ d\u00fczenlemesini, yerel zincirlerin 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 beklenti ve hedeflerini kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Zor bir y\u0131l olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 2016’y\u0131 y\u00fczde 10 b\u00fcy\u00fcme ile kapatan yerel zincirlerin cirosunu 30 milyar TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten TPF Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Altunbilek, “Toplam market gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki istihdam pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 40’a ula\u015fan yerel zincirler olarak sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczde 37,7’ye; toplam g\u0131dadaki yerellerin sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 9,7’ye ula\u015ft\u0131. Perakendecilik kurallar\u0131n\u0131 iyi uygularken m\u00fc\u015fteri ile yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, yeni formatlar denememiz bizi yar\u0131\u015fta daha \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 70 milyar TL ciro hedefi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren yerel zincir marketler olarak sekt\u00f6rde var olmay\u0131 ve m\u00fccadeleyi sadece kendi ad\u0131m\u0131za de\u011fil, \u00fclkemiz ad\u0131na y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 3 ayl\u0131k performans\u0131n\u0131 da de\u011ferlendiren Altunbilek, “2016’n\u0131n ilk \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemine k\u0131yasla 2017’ye biraz yava\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131k. Y\u0131l sonu hedefimiz 33 milyar TL’lik ciroya ula\u015fmak. Cironun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra istihdamda da y\u00fczde 10’luk b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedefliyoruz” a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

“Hal Yasas\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklik ile sepetler ucuza dolacak”<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Referandum sonras\u0131nda Meclis’in g\u00fcndemine gelecek Hal Yasas\u0131 d\u00fczenlemesini yerel zincirler olarak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsediklerini belirten Mustafa Altunbilek, “G\u0131da fiyat\u0131nda \u00fcretici-market makas\u0131n\u0131 daraltacak tedbir, hayata ge\u00e7ece\u011fi i\u00e7in mutluyuz. Y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcre\u00e7ler do\u011fru aktar\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ‘Tarlada 1 liraya, markette 3 kat\u0131 fiyat\u0131na sat\u0131l\u0131yor’ s\u00f6ylemleri, t\u00fcketicilerimiz ile bizi kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getiriyordu. Tabiri yerindeyse g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7isi biz oluyorduk. Yerel perakende zincirleri olarak bizim kamyonu tarlaya g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp, \u00fcr\u00fcnleri y\u00fckleyip, markete getirip, onlar\u0131 boylar\u0131na g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131flay\u0131p, do\u011fru ko\u015fullarda saklay\u0131p, sonra da m\u00fc\u015fteriye taze taze sunmak gibi bir \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z yok. Biz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizi halden al\u0131yoruz. \u00dcr\u00fcnler halden bize gelene kadar bir\u00e7ok kez el de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor ve pahalan\u0131yor. Yerel zincirler olarak manav reyonunda operasyon masraflar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda sadece y\u00fczde 5 ile 8 aras\u0131nda kar elde ediyoruz. Yeni d\u00fczenleme ile arac\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve \u00fcretici birliklerinin vergisel anlamda daha avantajl\u0131 hale getirilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Bu d\u00fczenleme sayesinde sebze-meyve sepeti daha ucuza dolar” dedi.<\/p>\n

Toplant\u0131da \u015eubat ay\u0131 sonunda \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131 Mustafa \u00d6zt\u00fcrk’\u00fc ziyaret ettiklerini, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 2018’in ba\u015f\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi hedefledi\u011fi ‘At\u0131k Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi’ taslak metninin de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini belirten Mustafa Altunbilek, “Do\u011fada \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi y\u00fczy\u0131llar s\u00fcren, hem gelece\u011fimizi hem insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden naylon po\u015fet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131nda \u00fccretli olmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde yasal d\u00fczenlemenin 2018’in ba\u015f\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7ece\u011fini \u00f6\u011frendik. “Hedeflerimize ula\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in desteklenmeyi bekliyoruz”<\/strong><\/h3>\n

T\u00fcrkiye’nin istihdamda en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olan perakendenin agresif bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme beklentisinde olmadan, istikrara dayal\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Altunbilek, “Rekabetin yo\u011fun olarak ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli g\u0131da perakendecili\u011fi yapan esnaf\u0131m\u0131z rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kaybediyor. \u00d6zellikle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck esnaf\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fcn\u00fc neredeyse siftahs\u0131z kapat\u0131yor. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn istikrarl\u0131 olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi, hedeflerine ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yaln\u0131z b\u0131rak\u0131lmamal\u0131; desteklenmeliyiz. Di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerde oldu\u011fu gibi manav, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, bakliyat, unlu mamuller, zeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde KDV oran\u0131n\u0131n toptanda oldu\u011fu gibi perakende de y\u00fczde 8’den y\u00fczde 1’e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in KDV d\u00fczenlemesi bekliyoruz. Gerekli d\u00fczenlemeler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine, istihdama \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00dcreticiden tedarik\u00e7iye, perakendeciden sekt\u00f6re hizmet sunan firmalara kadar binlerce payda\u015f\u0131 ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda bulu\u015ftu\u011fu Yerel Zincirler Bulu\u015fuyor (YZB) etkinli\u011finin bu y\u0131l 12-13 Nisan tarihlerinde 9’uncu kez ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fini belirten Mustafa Altunbilek; “Yerel zincirler olarak her y\u0131l belirledi\u011fimiz ana tema do\u011frultusunda perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck yol haritalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7izilmesine ev sahipli\u011fi yapan YZB’de bu y\u0131l ‘D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm’ ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki verimlilik konusu her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle masaya yat\u0131r\u0131lacak. 300’e yak\u0131n markan\u0131n yeni \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetlerini tan\u0131taca\u011f\u0131 organizasyonda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn duayen isimleri perakendede verimli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fcndemine ta\u015f\u0131yacak. Vizyoner verimlilik, marketlerde verimlilik uygulamalar\u0131, pazarlamada ve finansta verimlilik ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok konu 2 g\u00fcn boyunca masaya yat\u0131r\u0131lacak. \u0130\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde verimli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc sa\u011flamak isteyen t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 YZB’ye bekliyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n
