Hollanda\u2019da Y\u00fcksek Mahkeme, Hollanda h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda Srebrenitsa’da katledilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman erke\u011fin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden “k\u0131smen” sorumlu oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde karar verdi. Srebrenitsa’da g\u00f6rev yapan askerleri su\u00e7lu bulan mahkeme, Hollandal\u0131 askerlerin Srebrenitsa’da “k\u0131smen hatal\u0131” oldu\u011funa karar verdi. Avukat Michael Ruperti, “Yar\u0131ndan itibaren 206 m\u00fc\u015fterimden her biri 22 bin euro tazminat talep edecek” dedi.
\nSrebrenitsa’da 1995 senesinde 8 bin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman, Bosnal\u0131 S\u0131rplar taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Hollanda birliklerinin korudu\u011fu Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) g\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 sivil, Bosnal\u0131 S\u0131rplara teslim edildikten sonra katledilmi\u015fti. BM ise ya\u015fananlar\u0131 ‘katliam’ olarak nitelendiriyor.<\/p>\n
