Naftogaz\u2019dan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cNaftogaz ve ona ba\u011fl\u0131 olan alt\u0131 \u015firket, Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n Lahey \u015fehrinde bulunan Uluslararas\u0131 Daimi Tahkim Mahkemesine Rusya’n\u0131n Naftogaz\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131klar\u0131na yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 el koymasyla olu\u015fan zarar\u0131n tazmin edilmesine dair dava a\u00e7t\u0131.
