Protokol, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6ren ile \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Soylu ve KKTC \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Kutlu Evren taraf\u0131ndan imzaland\u0131. Burada konu\u015fan Bakan Soylu, i\u015fbirli\u011fi protokol\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda 20 Ekim 2016\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u015fehirlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011finin, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n huzuru, rahat\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn daha iyi sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kent G\u00fcvenlik Y\u00f6netim Sistemleri\u2019nin, halk\u0131n deyimiyle MOBESE\u2019lerin KKTC\u2019ye de yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hususunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;YAKLA\u015eIK MAL\u0130YETLER N\u0130HA\u0130 HAL\u0130N\u0130 ALACAK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, 01-04 Kas\u0131m 2016 tarihlerinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den teknik bir heyetin KKTC\u2019ye gitti\u011fini anlatan Bakan Soylu, &#8220;Orada hem teknik incelemeler yapt\u0131 hem de bir tak\u0131m \u00fcst d\u00fczey g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde bulundu. KKTC ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu temaslar sonucunda MOBESE sistemine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n KKTC ile bir protokol \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine hep birlikte karar verildi. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede MOBESE sisteminin kurulmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015fta Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ve Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k K\u0131br\u0131s \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fm\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fimiz ile koordineli bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. 25 A\u011fustos 2017 tarihinde Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131z Recep Akda\u011f bu konuya hemen m\u00fcdahil oldu ve bu protokol\u00fcn bir an \u00f6nce imzalanmas\u0131 ve K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta Kent G\u00fcvenlik Y\u00f6netim Sistemi\u2019nin hemen ba\u015flamas\u0131 konusundaki de\u011ferlendirmelerini bizimle payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan KKTC\u2019de kurulacak olan Kent G\u00fcvenlik Y\u00f6netim Sistemi ve s\u0131n\u0131r kap\u0131lar\u0131na yap\u0131lacak olan g\u00fcvenlik artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin protokol 8 Eyl\u00fcl 2017 tarihinde Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131z Recep Akda\u011f ve \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn de bu projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irecek olan protokollerden h\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 imzalanacak olan i\u015fbirli\u011fi protokol\u00fcn\u00fc imzalamak \u00fczere buraday\u0131z. \u00dclkeler aras\u0131nda imzalanacak olan protokollerin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesine takiben yakla\u015f\u0131k maliyetler nihai halini alacak ve Savunma Sanayi M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da ASELSAN bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi KKTC\u2019de de y\u00fcr\u00fctecektir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KKTC \u0130\u00c7\u0130\u015eLER\u0130 BAKANI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KKTC \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Evren ise &#8220;Say\u0131n Bakan\u0131m S\u00fcleyman Soylu\u2019ya, 1 y\u0131l \u00f6nce geldi\u011finde anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m KKTC\u2019nin i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n bir noktas\u0131ndaki i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f g\u00fcvenlik konusunda verdi\u011fim malumattan sonra b\u00fcy\u00fck bir te\u015fekk\u00fcr bor\u00e7luyum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 3 veya 4 g\u00fcn gibi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fkilat\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn birimleri K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a geldiler. Burada yo\u011fun bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve et\u00fct kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne gelmi\u015f durumday\u0131z. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6nce Girne ve Lefko\u015fa, daha sonra di\u011fer 4 kentte olmak \u00fczere devam edecektir. Bug\u00fcn KKTC\u2019de 134 milletten insan ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Gerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, gerek e\u011fitim, gerek ikamet maksatl\u0131. Bu vesileyle geldi\u011fimiz noktada ya\u015fama al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131nda bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik, MOBESE kameralar\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n hem i\u00e7 de hem d\u0131\u015f da \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli bulduk.
