Irak Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Haydar Abadi\u2019nin, Kuzey Irak’ta 25 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de yap\u0131lan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k referandumunun iptaliyle ilgili ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine Federal Mahkeme, \u201cAnayasada hi\u00e7bir bile\u015fenin ayr\u0131lma hakk\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fcnde karar \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

IKBY yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Kuzey Irak’\u0131n her zaman sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in anayasaya ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 savundu\u011fu belirtilerek, \u201c\u00dclkelerin sorunlar\u0131n Irak anayasas\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi konusunda tavr\u0131m\u0131z nettir\u201d ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131.
