UNESCO taraf\u0131ndan Moskova&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen &#8220;Erken \u00c7ocuk Bak\u0131m\u0131 ve E\u011fitimi Konferans\u0131&#8217;nda konu\u015fan Bokova, be\u015f ya\u015f \u00f6ncesi \u00e7ocuklardan 3 milyonunun da a\u00e7l\u0131k nedeni ile \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydetti. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Okul \u00f6ncesi \u00e7ocuklarda e\u011fitim programlar\u0131n\u0131n ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 konferansta T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Nimet \u00c7ubuk\u00e7u temsil ediyor. \u0130lk g\u00fcn di\u011fer temaslar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren \u00c7ubuk\u00e7u&#8217;nun yar\u0131n programa kat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve &#8220;Erken \u00c7ocuk Bak\u0131m\u0131 ve E\u011fitimi&#8217;nde T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6rne\u011fi&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bir sunum yapmas\u0131 bekleniyor. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130ki g\u00fcn s\u00fcrecek uluslaras\u0131 toplant\u0131da 124 \u00fclkeden binin \u00fczerinde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Devlet ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, milli e\u011fitim bakanlar\u0131, uzmanlar, sivil toplum temsilcilerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 konferans \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 2015 perspektifi ile uluslararas\u0131 alanda e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve e\u011fitim modelleri ile ilgili de m\u00fczakerelerde bulunulacak. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Konferansta, UNESCO Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130rina Bokova, Rusya E\u011fitim ve Bilim Bakan\u0131 Andrey Fursenko, UNESCO El\u00e7isi Mehriban Aliyeva, Moskova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yuri Lujkov ve UNESCO \u0130cra Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Eleonora Mitrofanova kat\u0131ld\u0131. K\u00fcrs\u00fcye ilk \u00e7\u0131kan UNESCO Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Bokova, okul \u00f6ncesi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim ve sosyal sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtti. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bokova, &#8220;G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde okul \u00f6ncesi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en \u00f6nde gelen problemlerinden biri. Bug\u00fcn y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k dokuz milyon \u00e7ocuk be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131na gelmeden hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybediyor. A\u00e7l\u0131k burada en ba\u015fl\u0131ca fakt\u00f6r. \u00c7ocuk \u00f6l\u00fcm vakalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te biri a\u00e7l\u0131kla ilgili. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Moskova&#8217;da ilk olarak ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uluslararas\u0131 konferans\u0131m\u0131z tam zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir etkinlik&#8221; dedi. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">UNESCO \u0130cra Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mitrofanova da \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;felaket&#8221; oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, ya\u015fanan \u00f6l\u00fcm vakalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun tedavisinin kolayca yap\u0131labilecek olmas\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekti. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LUJKOV: \u00c7OCUK E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M\u0130 VE SA\u011eLI\u011eI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N PARAYA ACIMADIK <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Daha sonra k\u00fcrs\u00fcye \u00e7\u0131kan Moskova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Lujkov, UNESCO ile \u00e7ok say\u0131da ortak proje ve programlara imza att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, bu ba\u011flamda erken \u00e7ocukluk bak\u0131m\u0131 ve e\u011fitimiyle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da belirtti. Lujkov, &#8220;UNESCO&#8217;nun b\u00f6yle bir konferans\u0131n\u0131n ilk olarak Moskova&#8217;da yap\u0131lmas\u0131 bizler i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir onur. Demek ki biz do\u011fru bir yolda ilerliyoruz. Moskova&#8217;da okul \u00f6ncesi ya\u015flarda bulunan yakla\u015f\u0131k 570 bin \u00e7ocuk var. Moskova Belediyesi olarak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimine ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na her zaman \u00f6nem vermekteyiz ve bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara devam ediyoruz. Bu alanda \u00e7ok say\u0131da yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yoruz. Moskova Belediye b\u00fct\u00e7esinin yar\u0131s\u0131 e\u011fitime ayr\u0131lmakta, ki burada okul \u00f6ncesi kurumlar, ana okullar\u0131, kre\u015fler de \u00f6nemli yer tutuyor. Bu alandaki eksiklikleri gidermek i\u00e7in paraya ac\u0131m\u0131yoruz. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda ek olarak bir milyar ruble de ay\u0131rd\u0131k. Bu y\u0131l 45 ana okulu in\u015fa ettik, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 100 anaokulu in\u015fa etmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. Fakir ailelerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u0131da kampanyalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz.
