He Jiankui’nin anlat\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re, enfeksiyonlar\u0131 ila\u00e7 tedavisiyle bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f HIV ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olan babalar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle sperm HIV olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan temizleniyor.
