Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz Ak\u00e7il karar\u0131n daha sonra a\u00e7\u0131klanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, duru\u015fmay\u0131 sonland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrekli Vak\u0131flar Tarihi Eserlere ve \u00c7evreye Hizmet Derne\u011fi, Ayasofya i\u00e7in ilk olarak 2005&#8217;te Dan\u0131\u015ftay&#8217;a dava a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Dernek, 24 Kas\u0131m 1934 tarihli Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131n\u0131n iptali ve y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin durdurulmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015ftay 10.
