B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berbero\u011flu&#8217;nun bireysel ba\u015fvurusu AYM Genel Kurulu\u2019na sevk edildi. AYM\u2019nin takvimine g\u00f6re Enis Berbero\u011flu\u2019nun ba\u015fvurusu 23 Temmuz\u2019da karara ba\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AYM&#8217;nin internet sitesinde yer alan a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yledir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u201cBa\u015fvuru; dokunulmazl\u0131k hakk\u0131n\u0131 yeniden kazanan bir milletvekili hakk\u0131nda yarg\u0131lamaya devam edilmesi ve tutuklulu\u011fun s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi nedeniyle se\u00e7ilme ve siyasi faaliyette bulunma hakk\u0131 ile ki\u015fi h\u00fcrriyeti ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hakk\u0131n\u0131n, iddia tan\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n duru\u015fmada haz\u0131r edilmemesi nedeniyle de tan\u0131k sorgulama hakk\u0131n\u0131n ihlal edildi\u011fi iddialar\u0131na ili\u015fkindir.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enis Berbero\u011flu&#8217;na, M\u0130T TIR&#8217;lar\u0131 davas\u0131nda, \u201csiyasi ve askeri casusluk maksad\u0131yla devletin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi veya i\u00e7 veya d\u0131\u015f siyasal yararlar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan gizli kalmas\u0131 gereken bilgilerini a\u00e7\u0131klamaktan\u201d verilen 5 y\u0131l 10 ay hapis cezas\u0131 Yarg\u0131tay&#8217;da onanarak kesinle\u015fmi\u015fti.
