Mahkememiz inceledi\u011fi ba\u015fvurularda 10 binden fazla ihlal karar\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. \u0130hlal kararlar\u0131n\u0131n temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklere da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ilk \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131rada adil yarg\u0131lanma hakk\u0131 (y\u00fczde 54), m\u00fclkiyet hakk\u0131 (y\u00fczde 26,7) ve ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00fczde 5,7) oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Anayasa Mahkemesi:\u00a0Sundu\u011fu f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda, internet bir taraftan ter\u00f6r, kumar ve \u00e7ocuk istismar\u0131 gibi su\u00e7lar\u0131n i\u015flenmesine, di\u011fer yandan da ba\u015fta \u00f6zel hayata sayg\u0131 hakk\u0131 olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ihlaline zemin haz\u0131rlayabilmektedir.
