Engin Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m bunun \u00fczerine,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;D\u00fcn gece payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m mesajda maksad\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan ifadeler kullanm\u0131\u015f olmaktan dolay\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duymaktay\u0131m. Kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak hukuk veya demokrasi d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir olguya at\u0131f yapmam s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Hukuk ve demokrasi kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc giri\u015fimin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda oldu\u011fum izahtan varestedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesai sonras\u0131 Anayasa Mahkemesi bah\u00e7esinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ekti\u011fim foto\u011fraf\u0131 hukuk d\u0131\u015f\u0131 herhangi bir imada bulunmaks\u0131z\u0131n payla\u015ft\u0131m. Kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak demokrasi ve hukuk d\u0131\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir imada bulunmayaca\u011f\u0131m \u015fahs\u0131m\u0131 tan\u0131yan herkes\u00e7e malumdur.
