Bah\u00e7eli, HSYK&#8217;da ya\u015fanan istifalar konusunda ise Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcl&#8217;\u00fcn devreye girmesini istedi. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TBMM&#8217;de partisinin grup konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Bah\u00e7eli, g\u00fcndeme ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu. Bah\u00e7eli, siyasetini kampla\u015ft\u0131rma cephele\u015ftirme \u00fczerine kurmakla su\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 AK Parti&#8217;nin \u015fimdi de ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ilgili ibretlik bir hal ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u0130ktidar ve muhalefetin bu i\u015fi &#8220;\u00c7\u00f6zersin-\u00e7\u00f6zmezsin&#8221; ekseninde ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcren Bah\u00e7eli, bunun 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak genel se\u00e7imlere y\u00f6nelik siyasi bir y\u0131\u011f\u0131naktan ibaret oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Bah\u00e7eli, &#8220;Bunun b\u00fcy\u00fck sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u0130ktidar bu noktada sorumlu olmay\u0131 tercih etmelidir. AKP ile daha \u00f6nce vard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir mutabakat gere\u011fi TBMM&#8217;de 411 oyla kabul edilmi\u015fti. Bunu \u00e7\u00f6zme konusunda iddial\u0131 olan CHP, o g\u00fcn bu d\u00fczenlemeyi iptal ettirmi\u015fti.&#8221; dedi. <\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Konunun Meclis \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyen Bah\u00e7eli, &#8220;Madem ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc konusunda s\u00f6zler s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsunuz. Gelirsiniz Meclis&#8217;e, hep birlikte \u00e7\u00f6zeriz. \u00dcniversitede ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc sorununa biz var\u0131z ve buraday\u0131z. Her ne kadar ba\u015f \u00f6rtmek din \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise kullanmamak da vicdani bir hakt\u0131r. Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn serbest kalmas\u0131 laikli\u011fi etkilemeyecektir. Yaln\u0131z \u00fcniversitede serbest kalmas\u0131 ile ilgili bir durum varsa bu konuda herkes sorumluluk almal\u0131d\u0131r. Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirenlerin yapt\u0131klar\u0131 oyalamaktan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. \u00dcniversiteye giremeyen k\u0131zlar i\u00e7in AKP ve CHP&#8217;yi meclise davet ediyorum. Hakimlerle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma i\u015fi bu noktalara geldi. H\u00fck\u00fcmetin yanda\u015f medya anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 meyvelerini verdi. Bu yarg\u0131 alan\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorunun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etmi\u015ftir. Bundan sonra s\u0131rada AKP yarg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n en \u00fcst d\u00fczey konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. Adalet vicdanlarda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmamaktad\u0131r.
