\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB) ve \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f \u0130stanbul Vakf\u0131 \u2013 Contemporary Istanbul Faundation (CIF), sanat\u0131 ve sanat\u00e7\u0131y\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 ay boyunca kentin sokaklar\u0131na, caddelerine, meydanlar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131yacak \u201c\u0130stanbul the Lights\u201d projesini, telekonferans y\u00f6ntemiyle d\u00fczenlenen bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131yla kamuoyuna tan\u0131tt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanal toplant\u0131, \u0130BB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu ve CIF Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali G\u00fcreli\u2019nin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toplant\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan \u0130mamo\u011flu, projenin kendisine sunuldu\u011funda heyecan duydu\u011funu belirtti. \u0130stanbul\u2019un, sanat\u0131n simgesi olan kentlerden biri oldu\u011funu kaydeden \u0130mamo\u011flu, \u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen sanat merkezi oldu\u011funu bildi\u011fimiz ve bu hedefe hep beraber ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fimiz bu kente, b\u00f6ylesi bir etkinli\u011fin \u00e7ok yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissettim\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130mamo\u011flu s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“B\u00f6ylesi kadim ve tek ba\u015f\u0131na bile sanat\u0131n simgesi olabilecek, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen sanat merkezi oldu\u011funu bildi\u011fimiz ve bu hedefe hep beraber ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fimiz bu kente b\u00f6ylesi bir etkinli\u011fin \u00e7ok yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissetim. Bu \u015fehir tarih boyunca hem yak\u0131n \u00e7evresine hem de d\u00fcnyaya kuvvetli mesajlar vermi\u015ftir. Sadece k\u00fclt\u00fcr sanat alan\u0131nda de\u011fil, ekonomide, ticarette, felsefeden teolojiye bir\u00e7ok alanda \u0130stanbul, d\u00fcnyaya istikamet \u00e7izebilecek \u00f6nemli bir kent. Kentin her an\u0131nda ve ortam\u0131nda \u00e7ok de\u011ferli izler ortaya koyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissetti\u011fim bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, hem sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla hem kurgusuyla yine bu alanda s\u0131k\u0131 bir istikamete sebep olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130stanbul, bir\u00e7ok alanda d\u00fcnyaya istikamet \u00e7izebilecek \u00f6nemli bir kent. Kentin her an\u0131nda, her ortam\u0131nda \u00e7ok de\u011ferli izler ortaya koyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissetti\u011fim bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hem sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla hem estetik kurgusuyla hem de \u00e7ok keyifli g\u00f6rselleriyle, bu alanda s\u0131k\u0131 bir istikamete sebep olacakt\u0131r. Artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7eklik tekni\u011fiyle \u00fcretilmi\u015f eserleri, mobil cihazlarla da deneyimlemi\u015f olmak, asl\u0131nda teknolojiyle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e bir kent vurgumuzu da destekleyecek bir sanatsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma. \u015eehrimizde, 59 kamusal alanda ve 52 farkl\u0131 \u015fehir ekran\u0131nda bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yer bulacaklar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pandemide, bir nevi hayat\u0131n dondu\u011fu bir ortamda, \u0130stanbul\u2019un sanatla d\u00fcnyaya mesaj veriyor olmas\u0131n\u0131n, bizim i\u00e7in tam da olmam\u0131z gereken noktan\u0131n bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek isterim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, sanatsal anlamda, bu zor ko\u015fullarda bile \u00fcreten bir kent olmak, bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli. Bir\u00e7ok etkinlik ve bulu\u015fma ertelendi. Hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu d\u00f6nemini, her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp, her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini hissediyorum. Bu manada, sanata ve k\u00fclt\u00fcre dair kay\u0131plar\u0131m\u0131z da ciddi yer al\u0131yor hayat\u0131m\u0131zda hem psikolojik hem de ya\u015famsal olarak. O anlamda bu karar \u00f6nemliydi. Bu kadar dura\u011fan bir ortamda, birlikte bu yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek ve yola \u00e7\u0131kmak benim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemliydi. Sanatta \u00e7ok yol almay\u0131 hedefleyen bir y\u00f6netimiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, \u0130stanbul\u2019un ger\u00e7ek kabiliyetinden uzak y\u0131llar ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu anlamda, bu kurakl\u0131\u011fa ve yoksunlu\u011fa hep beraber son vermeliyiz. Bir ger\u00e7ek var: Sanat i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck salonlar in\u015fa edebilirsiniz, bazen \u00e7ok ciddi maddi destekler sanat\u00e7\u0131lara verilebilir, hatta \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek mevkilere de \u00e7\u0131kartabilirsiniz baz\u0131 insanlar\u0131; ama sanat\u0131n ger\u00e7ek anlamadaki t\u0131ls\u0131m\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, inan\u0131n bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri anlam ifade etmiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, sanat\u0131n ifade bi\u00e7imi ve sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131, ger\u00e7ekten m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor. Sanat ve sanat\u00e7\u0131 i\u00e7in, su ve oksijen gibi bir \u015fey. O manada, sanat\u00e7\u0131, bir ki\u015fi ya da bir kesime ba\u011fl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde d\u00fcnyaya bakmak zorunda olan bir ki\u015fi de\u011fil. Tam aksine; \u00e7ok \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ister. Bir laf vard\u0131r; \u2018Sanat, demokrasiyi sever\u2019 diye. Bu s\u00f6z\u00fc, \u00e7ok seviyoruz ama bir ad\u0131m daha ileri ta\u015f\u0131mak istiyoruz. \u2018Sanat, demokrasisiz ya\u015fayamaz\u2019 diye bu s\u00f6z\u00fc tamamlamak isterim. Sesi k\u0131s\u0131lan bir sanat, sanat\u00e7\u0131 ya da g\u00f6zleri ba\u011flanan ya da bir kal\u0131ba hapsedilen, yarat\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlanan bir ortam, sanat ad\u0131na bize istedi\u011fimiz atmosferi ya\u015fatamaz. Sanat\u0131n geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in, \u0130stanbul\u2019un bu atmosferini de\u011fi\u015ftirmek ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck mecburiyetini bu kente hakim k\u0131lmak arzusunday\u0131z.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan CIF Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali G\u00fcreli’nin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 ise \u015f\u00f6yledir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130stanbul’daki ilk \u0131\u015f\u0131k sanat\u0131 \u015f\u00f6leni olacak. ‘\u0130stanbul’u nas\u0131l renklendirebiliriz, \u0130stanbullulara bu zor ortamda keyifli anlar ya\u015fatacak bir projeyi nas\u0131l hayata ge\u00e7iririz?’ diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u0130stanbul The Lights’la t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya pozitif, umut dolu mesajlar vermeyi de hedefliyoruz. Umar\u0131m 2021 \u0130stanbul ve T\u00fcrk turizmi i\u00e7in de yaralar\u0131n sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir y\u0131l olur. Her \u015feyi geride b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f oluruz. \u0130stanbul The Lights’\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz \u00f6ncelikle \u0130stanbul\u2019un b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011ferine inan\u0131yoruz. Pandemi d\u00f6neminde etkinli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren birka\u00e7 d\u00fcnya kentinden biri oldu \u0130stanbul. \u015eimdi bu muhte\u015fem \u015fehri \u0131\u015f\u0131kla ve sanatla bulu\u015fturuyoruz. Sanat iyile\u015ftirici oldu\u011fu kadar da e\u011fiticidir.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130stanbul\u2019un geneline yay\u0131lan ve yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ay s\u00fcrmesi planlanan proje kapsam\u0131nda 50\u2019den fazla sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n 50\u2019nin \u00fczerinde eseri, kentin parklar\u0131nda ve meydanlar\u0131nda sergilenmek i\u00e7in haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130BB, her y\u0131l tekrar edilerek \u0130stanbul\u2019da sanat\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131kla bulu\u015fturacak etkinlik i\u00e7in, alan ve mecra deste\u011fi verdi. Etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda; \u0131\u015f\u0131k ve dijital uyarlamalar, \u0130stanbul\u2019un park ve meydanlar\u0131nda \u0130stanbullarla bulu\u015facak. Dijital sanatlar alan\u0131nda \u00fcretim yapan sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n eserleri \u015fehir ekran\u0131, metro ve AVM ekranlar\u0131nda yer alacak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
