Ko\u00e7, \u201cSon y\u0131llardaki k\u00fcresel belirsizliklerin \u00fczerine gelen pandemi krizine ve bununla beraber iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki son d\u00f6nemdeki gerginliklere ra\u011fmen biz yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 durdurmay\u0131 bir an bile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmedik. Hatta tam aksine iki ortak olarak \u00fclkemizin gelece\u011fine g\u00fcvendik. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk ve tek entegre elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcretim tesisi olma hedefimiz do\u011frultusunda \u00dclkemizin ilk batarya montaj fabrikas\u0131n\u0131 kurmak i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 duyurmu\u015ftuk. Ayr\u0131ca ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde Ford Otosan ile T\u00fcrk \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan birini yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131k. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m 21 milyar liray\u0131 a\u015facak, 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek. Elektrikli ve ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 yeni nesil ticari ara\u00e7 projelerini hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. \u0130hracat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da in\u015fallah iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u2018ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck, stratejik bir at\u0131l\u0131m\u2019 olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. T\u00fcrk otomotiv sanayini gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131maya, k\u00fcresel arenada rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc art\u0131rmaya b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131s\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amerikan \u015eirketler Derne\u011fi\u2019nin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi t\u00f6rende konu\u015fan Ali Y. Ko\u00e7, Ko\u00e7 Toplulu\u011fu ve Ford aras\u0131nda, neredeyse bir as\u0131rl\u0131k ortakl\u0131k ili\u015fkisi bulundu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ford Otosan\u2019\u0131n bug\u00fcnlere gelmesinde Ford Motor Company\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye olan uzun vadeli inanc\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu belirten Ali Y. Ko\u00e7 \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c1997 y\u0131l\u0131nda joint venture\u2019\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u015firketimizde 3 bin 400 ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131m\u0131z bug\u00fcne geldi\u011fimizde 12 bine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f vaziyettedir. O zaman 43 bin adet ara\u00e7 \u00fcretiyorduk. Bug\u00fcn bu rakam 370 bine ula\u015ft\u0131. Bug\u00fcn ise bu rakam 335 bin adete ula\u015ft\u0131. O d\u00f6nemde 16 milyon dolar olan ihracat rakam\u0131m\u0131z bug\u00fcn neredeyse 6 milyar dolara geldi&#8221; dedi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko\u00e7, &#8220;\u015eirketimiz son 5 y\u0131lda \u00fclkemizin ihracat \u015fampiyonlu\u011funu elden b\u0131rakm\u0131yor. Att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ad\u0131mlar, Toplulu\u011fumuzun ve elbette \u00fclkemizin Ar-Ge, inovasyon ve katma de\u011ferli \u00fcretim kabiliyetlerine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Sadece \u015firketimiz i\u00e7in de\u011fil, \u015firketimizle beraber; de\u011fer zincirinde bulunan t\u00fcm yan sanayi \u015firketleri de geli\u015fti. Pek \u00e7ok yan sanayi \u015firketimiz bug\u00fcn bizim d\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda Ford Motor Company\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki fabrikalar\u0131na da yan sanayi yap\u0131yorlar. Elektrikli ve ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 yeni nesil ticari ara\u00e7 projelerini hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Bununla beraber, Avrupa\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ticari ara\u00e7 pazar\u0131ndaki talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in kapasitemizi 650 bin adete \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bu 650 bin ara\u00e7l\u0131k kapasitenin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n ihra\u00e7 edilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde planlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Bu sayede ihracat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da bug\u00fcnk\u00fc halinin in\u015fallah 2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda Ford Otosan\u2019da direk olarak 3 bin ki\u015filik yeni istihdam yarat\u0131lacak. Yan sanayide de yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 bin ki\u015filik bir istihdam yarataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yani a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 bu yat\u0131r\u0131m neticesinde T\u00fcrk otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde 18 bin ki\u015filik yeni istihdam imk\u00e2n\u0131 yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u2018ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck, stratejik bir at\u0131l\u0131m\u2019 olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz.
