CHP’den yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, DS\u00d6’ye \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 mektubu yazd\u0131 ve mektubu d\u00fcnya genelinde 96 sol-sosyal demokrat partiye de g\u00f6ndererek, dayan\u0131\u015fma ve destek istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, mektubunda \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“\u0130nsanl\u0131k ailesinin t\u00fcm fertlerinin Kovid-19 a\u015f\u0131s\u0131na eri\u015fimini sa\u011flayacak, a\u015f\u0131 ve tedaviye eri\u015fimin k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde kamu mal\u0131 olarak kabul edilmesini ve insanl\u0131k yarar\u0131na kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alacak bir kamucu k\u00fcresel anla\u015fmaya liderlik yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in DS\u00d6’ye her zamankinden daha \u00e7ok sorumluluk d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu kapsamda, sosyal demokrat ve evrensel sol ilkeleri payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z siz karde\u015f partimizle DS\u00d6’ye yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 ekte bilginize sunuyorum. Payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ilkeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda benzer bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 d\u00f6rt bir koldan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z takdirde dayan\u0131\u015fmayla a\u015f\u0131n\u0131n hak\u00e7a ve e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za ve var olan engelleri a\u015f\u0131p de\u011fi\u015fim yarataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za inanc\u0131m tamd\u0131r.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6) Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus’a hitaben yaz\u0131lan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 mektubunda K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, Kovid-19’a ili\u015fkin bilgi, veri ve teknolojilerin bir havuzda toplanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, “Bu bilgi ve teknolojilere t\u00fcm \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zg\u00fcrce eri\u015filebilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, a\u015f\u0131 ile ilgili t\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar\u0131n fikri m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale getirilmesi, yeterli \u00fcretimle e\u015fitlik\u00e7i da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n ve kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir fiyatland\u0131rman\u0131n g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f verilmesi gereklidir.” ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
