Ocak 2020’de D\u00fcnya Ekonomik Forumu taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan K\u00fcresel Riskler Raporu<\/em>‘nda pandemi ihtimalinin ilk 10 risk aras\u0131nda dahi de\u011ferlendirilmedi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, Ko\u00e7 Toplulu\u011fu’nun ise o d\u00f6nemde \u00c7in’de ba\u015flayan salg\u0131nla ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n salg\u0131na \u00e7ok haz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z yakaland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, Ko\u00e7 Toplulu\u011fu’nun pandemi s\u00fcrecinde belirledi\u011fi \u00f6ncelikleri ise \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, bayilerimizin, tedarik\u00e7ilerimizin ve ailelerinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 birinci \u00f6nceli\u011fimizdi. \u00c7ok h\u0131zl\u0131, dikkatli ve hassas davrand\u0131k. 11 Mart’taki pandemi ilan\u0131ndan \u00f6nce seyahatleri yasaklad\u0131k ve karantina tedbirlerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131k. Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prati\u011fine h\u0131zla ge\u00e7tik. \u0130\u015f yerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam eden arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in gereken her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tedbiri derhal ald\u0131k. Topluluk \u015firketlerinin likiditeleri, faaliyetleri, bilan\u00e7olar\u0131 ve hatta i\u015f modelleriyle ilgili tedbirlerin de h\u0131zla al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, “zor zamanlar\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilerek fayda sa\u011flayan projeler” konusunda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ventilat\u00f6rden ent\u00fcbasyon kabinine, siperlikten maskeye kadar; h\u0131zla tasarlad\u0131k, \u00fcrettik, da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131k\u2026 Bunlar \u00fcretim deneyimimiz olan \u00fcr\u00fcnler de de\u011fildi. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z hem \u00fclkemizde hem de uluslararas\u0131 platformlarda takdirle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Ama daha \u00f6nemlisi, ‘istersek yapabiliriz’ duygusunu peki\u015ftirerek, zor zamanlarda bizlere de topluma da moral oldu, umut verdi. En ba\u015fta, \u00fcretim tesislerimiz kesintisiz olarak veya k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli kesintilerden sonra \u00fcretime devam ettiler. Banka \u015fubelerimiz, bayilerimiz, istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131z, ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131z, depolar\u0131m\u0131z her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131k tedbirini almak suretiyle faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrerek halk\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131na cevap verdiler, \u00fclke ekonomisine destek oldular. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir ekosistemin tam merkezindeyiz. 10 bin civar\u0131nda bayimiz ve servisimiz, y\u00fczlerce tedarik\u00e7imiz var. Onlar\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde hissediyoruz. Bu d\u00f6nemde her birine, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 an\u0131nda yanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu g\u00f6sterdik. Gerekti\u011finde vade a\u00e7t\u0131k, stoklar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olduk. Di\u011fer yandan, \u015firketlerimiz tedarik\u00e7ilerine olan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini zaman\u0131nda yerine getirdiler.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Levent \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, pandemi s\u00fcrecinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zveriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na da te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek “Toplumsal fayda konusunda en k\u0131ymetli hizmeti, hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki Amerikan Hastanesi ve Ko\u00e7 \u00dcniversitesi Hastanesi’ndeki hekimlerimiz, hem\u015firelerimiz, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve idari personelimiz ve elbette i\u015f yeri hekimlerimiz ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z sa\u011flad\u0131lar. Pandeminin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorunluluklar paralelinde dijitalle\u015fmede \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede \u00f6nemli mesafe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran ve McKinsey’in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir rapora g\u00f6re, t\u00fcketicilerin ve \u015firketlerin dijitalle\u015fme alan\u0131nda 5 y\u0131lda kat etmesi beklenen mesafeyi 8 haftada ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, online sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n katlanarak b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma yerine \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 tercihlerinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; bisiklet ve scooter kiralama uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pandeminin ekonomi ve d\u00fcnya ticareti \u00fczerindeki etkilerinin “son derece sars\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu<\/em>” vurgulayan \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“2020’ye girerken d\u00fcnya ekonomisinin y\u00fczde 3,3 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi beklenirken, 2. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131’ndan bu yana en sert ekonomik daralmay\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. 2020 sonu i\u00e7in k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte y\u00fczde 4,4 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme tahmini yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu durum emtia fiyatlar\u0131na da tabiat\u0131yla tesir etti. Bizi en \u00e7ok etkileyen ise petrol fiyatlar\u0131ndaki sert dalgalanmalar oldu. 2020’ye ba\u015flarken petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 2019 seviyelerine yak\u0131n seyrederek, 60 dolar civar\u0131nda kalmas\u0131 bekleniyordu. Oysa talepteki ani daralma sebebiyle h\u0131zla 13 dolara kadar indi; WTI ise k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli de olsa negatif fiyatla i\u015flem g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Pandeminin ba\u015flar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bu \u015fokun 1929’daki B\u00fcy\u00fck Buhran’la kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131; yine b\u00f6yle bir s\u00fcrece girilmesinden endi\u015fe edildi. Ancak bu defa devletler h\u0131zl\u0131 hareket ettiler; salg\u0131n\u0131n etkilerini gidermek \u00fczere kapsaml\u0131 mali destek paketlerini uygulamaya koydular. Bu mali desteklerin hacmi 12 trilyon dolara ula\u015ft\u0131; d\u00fcnya ekonomisinin y\u00fczde 14’\u00fcne tekab\u00fcl ediyor. Bunun sonucunda \u00fclkelerin b\u00fct\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n da milli gelire oran\u0131 h\u0131zla artt\u0131. Geni\u015flemeci maliye politikalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, merkez bankalar\u0131 da tahvil piyasalar\u0131ndan al\u0131m yaparak devasa boyutlarda parasal geni\u015flemeye gittiler. 2020’de FED, ECB, Japon ve \u00c7in merkez bankalar\u0131n\u0131n toplam bilan\u00e7o b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 8 trilyon dolarl\u0131k art\u0131\u015fla 27 trilyon dolara ula\u015ft\u0131. Di\u011fer yandan devletler stratejik g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri \u015firketleri de ayr\u0131ca desteklediler.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Levent \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, faizlerin k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerde bulundu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerken yakla\u015f\u0131k 18 trilyon dolarl\u0131k tahvilin negatif faizlerle i\u015flem g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne de\u011findi. \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, “Salg\u0131nla birlikte merkez bankalar\u0131n\u0131n faizleri daha da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeleri ve likiditeyi neredeyse s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir \u015fekilde art\u0131rmalar\u0131, s\u0131f\u0131r faiz ortam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131k kal\u0131c\u0131 h\u00e2le gelebilece\u011fi de\u011ferlendirmelerine yol a\u00e7t\u0131. D\u00fcnyadaki sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc nedeniyle, faizlerin uzun s\u00fcre normal say\u0131lan seviyelere y\u00fckselemeyece\u011fi beklentisi olu\u015ftu<\/em>” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pandeminin tedarik zinciri \u00fczerindeki sars\u0131c\u0131 etkileri sebebiyle \u015firketlerin tedarik zinciri mimarilerini de yeniden tasarlamak zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Levent \u00c7ak\u0131ro\u011flu, bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, devletlerin de stratejik sekt\u00f6rlerdeki \u00fcretimi kendi \u00fclkelerine kayd\u0131rma do\u011frultusunda aktif pozisyon almaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, yeni b\u00f6lgesel i\u015f birlikleri olu\u015ftu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
