Bakan Ayd\u0131n, toplant\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. N\u00fcket Yeti\u015f ve Bolu Valisi \u0130brahim \u00d6z\u00e7imen ile birlikte bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenledi. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mehmet Ayd\u0131n, Suriye ile yapt\u0131klar\u0131 anla\u015fmalarla b\u00f6lgenin kalk\u0131nmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Ayd\u0131n, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;Teknoloji insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00fcretti\u011fi bir alan. Takibi bile zor. Arzu etti\u011fimiz h\u0131zla geli\u015femedik. \u00c7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli sebeplerden dolay\u0131. Ekonominiz ne kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olursa ve siyasetiniz istikrarl\u0131 olursa karar verme mekanizman\u0131z o kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oluyor. Bilim ve teknolojide hala uzun ve ince bir yolda y\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Almam\u0131z gereken \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck mesafe var. D\u00fcnya teknolojide \u00f6nemli bir yar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7erisinde. T\u00fcrkiye son y\u0131llarda \u00f6nemli bir mesafe ald\u0131. Kom\u015fular\u0131m\u0131zla da ili\u015fkilerimiz iyile\u015fti. Suriye ile \u00f6nemli anla\u015fmalar yapt\u0131k. Suriye&#8217;nin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 bizim de kalk\u0131nmam\u0131z anlam\u0131na gelir&#8230; \u0130ran&#8217;la \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda 35 milyar dolar\u0131 bulacak bir ticaret hacminden bahsediyoruz. O b\u00f6lgede bir a\u00e7\u0131lma oldu\u011fu zaman ortak i\u015f yapaca\u011f\u0131z. \u00c7ok geni\u015f i\u015f alanlar\u0131 var. B\u00f6lgenin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle kalk\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek b\u00f6lgede zenginle\u015fme var demektir, istihdam var demektir. \u0130stihdam\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde ter\u00f6r\u00fcn ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n hemen a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya \u00e7ekilmesi demektir. \u0130nsanlara istihdam etti\u011finiz zaman, deli mi ter\u00f6rist olsun. Savunma alan\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmet \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar sa\u011fl\u0131yor. \u00d6yle bir d\u00fcnyada ya\u015f\u0131yoruz ki ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n at\u0131na binerek yar\u0131\u015fa giremezsiniz. Ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi teknolojiden yararlanabilirsiniz ama kendi kritik teknolojinizi kendiniz \u00fcretmek zorundas\u0131n\u0131z. Bu bir kurald\u0131r. Size bilgi ve belge sunmak i\u00e7in \u00fcretti\u011finiz bir ara\u00e7 yoksa onu d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131yorsan\u0131z, size sundu\u011fu b\u00fct\u00fcn hizmeti d\u00fcnyaya da sunuyor demektir. Hala T\u00fcrkiye belli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ve \u00fcretmek durumundad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye biraz da ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbelerden ge\u00e7erek \u00f6\u011frendi. Zaman\u0131nda bize demi\u015fler ki, &#8216; Siz bunlar\u0131 \u00fcretmeyin, biz size verelim. \u00c7ok daha ucuza mal olur&#8217; ger\u00e7ekten ucuz. Bug\u00fcn \u00fcretti\u011finiz malzemeyi d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131rsan\u0131z \u00e7ok ucuz. Ama ondan sonra ba\u015fka \u015feyleri de ucuzlat\u0131yor.
