Rusya ve Venez\u00fcella’n\u0131n 4 milyar dolarl\u0131k sermaye ile kurulacak ortak bankas\u0131n\u0131n merkezi Moskova olacak. Ortak bankan\u0131n \u00c7in ve Venez\u00fcella’da da \u015fubelerinin bulunmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Rusya Venez\u00fcella’da fakir halk i\u00e7in in\u015fa edilecek konutlarda do\u011frudan proje uygulamas\u0131 yapacak. \u0130leri teknoloji, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve e\u011fitim alanlar\u0131nda i\u015fbirli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in ortak projeler uygulamaya konacak.<\/p>\n
