Milli M\u00fccadele d\u00f6neminde hem Anadolu insan\u0131n\u0131n sesi hem de Anadolu\u2019ya ses oldu yerel medya. Milletimizin yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ate\u015fini b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fc. \u00dclkemizin demokratik serencam\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli ve kritik bir rol \u00fcstlendi. \u0130ster yerel ister ulusal \u00f6l\u00e7ekte olsun yerli ve milli medya her daim \u00f6nemli oldu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Teknolojik ve dijital geli\u015fimin en fazla medya sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve hissedildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Konvansiyonel medya b\u00fct\u00fcn unsurlar\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Yeni imkanlarla i\u00e7erikler \u00e7ok daha geni\u015f kitlelere ula\u015f\u0131yor. Medya eri\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ortad\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dijital imkanlar elbette demokrasi ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli f\u0131rsatlar sunuyor. Ancak pek \u00e7ok yenilik ve geli\u015fmenin yan\u0131nda bu dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, ayn\u0131 zamanda baz\u0131 sorunlara da yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Bunlardan biri de dezenformasyon olgusudur&#8230; Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla enformasyon bombard\u0131man\u0131yla de\u011fil, daha ziyade dezenformasyon bombard\u0131man\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00d6zellikle sosyal medya mecralar\u0131, bu sorunun en yo\u011fun \u015fekilde ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131, hakikatin yerine yalan\u0131n, ger\u00e7e\u011fin yerine tahrip edilmi\u015f bilginin dola\u015f\u0131mda oldu\u011fu platformlar olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ulusal medya gibi yerel medyan\u0131n da yeni ileti\u015fim teknolojilerine ve dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme ayak uydurmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde dezenformasyon tuza\u011f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmemek kritik bir hal al\u0131yor. \u0130nternet ve sosyal medyan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra geleneksel medyada da yalan haber ve dezenformasyon g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor ve yerel medya dinamiklerinde de kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sistematik dezenformasyon ve toplumsal m\u00fchendislik giri\u015fimlerinin bug\u00fcnlerde son hedefinin \u00fclkemizin g\u00f6\u00e7men politikas\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Devlet ve millet olarak, insani ve vicdani de\u011ferlerden uzak \u015fekilde siyasal menfaat dev\u015firme giri\u015fimlerine hi\u00e7bir zaman f\u0131rsat vermeyece\u011fiz.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Suriye\u2019de zul\u00fcm d\u00fczeni son bulsun diye ortaya koydu\u011fu \u00e7aba, 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadele ortad\u0131r. Bu m\u00fccadele b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00f6zleri \u00f6n\u00fcnde verilmi\u015ftir. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z bu m\u00fccadeleyi verirken zalimlerle i\u015f birli\u011fi yapanlar, onlara heyetler g\u00f6nderenler, onlara sempatik mesajlar g\u00f6nderenler, bug\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n onurlu m\u00fccadelesini ele\u015ftirip g\u00f6\u00e7men politikas\u0131 \u00fczerinden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kaos ortam\u0131 yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yorlar. Suriye\u2019de zul\u00fcm d\u00fczeni son bulsun diye u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Canlar\u0131n\u0131 kurtarmak i\u00e7in \u00fclkemize s\u0131\u011f\u0131nanlara sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak, bizim tarihi ve insani sorumlulu\u011fumuzdur. Biz, bu soruna kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulabilmek i\u00e7in en ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterdik.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Devletimiz, g\u00f6\u00e7 konusunu ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131yla yak\u0131ndan takip etmektedir ve gereken t\u00fcm \u00f6nlemleri almaktad\u0131r. Bu konuda herhangi bir d\u00fczensizli\u011fe asla prim vermedi\u011fimizi, izin vermedi\u011fimizi ifade etmek istiyorum. Bu konuda yerel medyaya \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00dclkemizin farkl\u0131 illerindeki misafirlerimizin vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla uyum i\u00e7inde nas\u0131l entegrasyon i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 daha fazla g\u00f6stermeniz, bu noktada son derece \u00f6nemli bir husus. Bunu en iyi, en do\u011fru \u015fekilde yapacak olan, bu tablonun yak\u0131n \u015fahidi olan o illerdeki medya mensuplar\u0131d\u0131r. Yerel medya, yeterince duyulmayan, g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen hikayeleri g\u00fcndeme getirme noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fc olabilir, olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dezenformasyon, bir milli g\u00fcvenlik meselesidir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fcresel bir g\u00fcvenlik sorunu halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
