Toplant\u0131 AKROMFED Gen\u00e7lik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc H. \u0130brahim Nurbel\u2019in Romanlar\u0131n yereldeki sorunlar\u0131 ve bu sorunlara AKROMFED taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri ile ilgili sunumuyla ba\u015flad\u0131. Nurbel Romanlar\u0131n yereldeki sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 E\u011fitim, \u0130stihdam, Sa\u011fl\u0131k, Bar\u0131nma ve G\u00fcvenlik ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda s\u0131ralayarak bu sorunlara AKROMFED\u2019in \u00f6nerdi\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerini aktard\u0131. Nurbel\u2019in sunumunun ard\u0131ndan Akdeniz Sosyal Hizmetler \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00c7i\u011fdem G\u00f6ll\u00fc\u2019nin s\u00f6z alarak Mersin yerelinde bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6zetledi. Daha sonra AKROMFED Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Daylam Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz\u2019a Romanlar\u0131n yereldeki sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclememesi konusundaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini aktard\u0131.&nbsp; Daylam Romanlar\u0131n yerelde sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclememesinin sebeplerini 2 ana ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda s\u0131ralad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roman entegrasyonu kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceli\u011fi olmal\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ba\u015fkan Daylam, yerelde Romanlar\u0131n\u0131n topluma entegre olamamas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sebebini URSB\u2019nin kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceli\u011fi olmamas\u0131 ve URSB\u2019nin yerelde uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda b\u00fct\u00e7e yetersizli\u011fi olarak ifade etti. Kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n URSB\u2019yi \u00f6ncelik yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Daylam, problemlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc konusunda her ilgili dairede Romanlar\u0131n topluma entegrasyonu ile ilgili bir birim kurulmas\u0131 halinde yol kat edilebilece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Roman entegrasyonu i\u00e7in kamu-STK i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u015fart<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Romanlar\u0131n yerelde sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclememesinin ikinci sebebini de kamu-STK i\u015fbirli\u011finin eksikli\u011fi olarak ifade eden Ba\u015fkan Daylam, Romanlar\u0131n topluma entegrasyonu konusunda kamu-STK i\u015fbirli\u011finin zorunlu oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Her ilgili birimde kurulacak olan Roman entegrasyonundan sorumlu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubunun s\u00fcrece ivme kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fkan Daylam AKROMFED\u2019in bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 ile ortakla\u015fa yapaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile yol al\u0131nabilece\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Ba\u015fkan Daylam, Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz\u2019a bir \u00f6nce bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 talebinde bulundu.
