B\u00f6lgeyi, &#8220;Bir atom bombas\u0131 at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi.\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle tan\u0131mlayan Pur\u00e7u, art\u0131k b\u00f6lgenin ya\u015fanamaz halde oldu\u011funu ifade etti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pek \u00e7ok insan koordinasyonsuzluktan dolay\u0131 hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depremin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnden beri sahada oldu\u011funu ifade eden Pur\u00e7u, sahada \u0130lk \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn hi\u00e7 yard\u0131m g\u00f6rmedi\u011fini belirtti. Kurtarma ekiplerinin ilk \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn sahada hi\u00e7 g\u00f6z\u00fckmediklerini ve bu y\u00fczden depremzedelere yard\u0131m ve erzak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Pur\u00e7u sahada g\u00f6zlemledi\u011fi durumu \u015fu kelimelerle aktard\u0131; \u201c\u0130lk \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn insanlar kurtar\u0131lmay\u0131 bekledi. Bu bekleme esnas\u0131nda \u00f6len \u00e7ok say\u0131da insan oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum. Bunlar\u0131 b\u00f6lgede bizzat g\u00f6rd\u00fcm ve ya\u015fad\u0131m. AFAD denen kurumu sahada hi\u00e7 g\u00f6rmedim. \u00c7ok ciddi bir koordinasyonsuzluk ve ileti\u015fimsizlik vard\u0131. Depremde enkaz alt\u0131nda kalan vatanda\u015flar, telefon ile kurtar\u0131lmak i\u00e7in sosyal medyay\u0131 kulland\u0131lar. Maalesef h\u00fck\u00fcmet interneti de kapatt\u0131. O insanlara da ula\u015famad\u0131k. Haberle\u015fmeyi kestiler. Bu \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zaaft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ya\u011fmalar had safhadayd\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deprem b\u00f6lgelerinde ya\u011fmalar\u0131n da had safhada oldu\u011funu ifade eden Pur\u00e7u, \u00e7o\u011fu insan\u0131n bu duruma mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u201cG\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir\u00e7ok market ve i\u015fyeri ya\u011fmaland\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in de insanlar bize erzak ve su da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in mecbur kald\u0131k dediler.\u201d diyen Pur\u00e7u, bu durumdan h\u00fck\u00fcmeti sorumlu tuttu. Devletin polisi ve askeri deprem b\u00f6lgelerine g\u00f6ndermedi\u011fini ve b\u00f6yle yaparak koordinasyonu zaafa u\u011fratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Pur\u00e7u, bu durumun da asayi\u015fi kontrolden \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu. \u0130skenderun ziyareti s\u0131ras\u0131nda 3.500 ki\u015filik bir askeri birli\u011fi ziyaret etti\u011fini belirten Pur\u00e7u, \u00a0\u201cAsker neden sahaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmedi?&#8221; sorusuna birlikteki kimsenin cevap veremedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Pur\u00e7u s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cDeprem b\u00f6lgesinde polislerimiz hadi enkaz alt\u0131nda, sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131. \u00a0Deprem b\u00f6lgeleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan polislerimizi niye getirmedin? Ya\u011fmay\u0131 niye \u00f6nlemedin? Asayi\u015fi neden sa\u011flamad\u0131n? Binlerce ki\u015fi geldi \u00f6zel \u015firketlerden, kurumlardan&#8230; Kep\u00e7eler, i\u015f makineleri ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. Koordinasyon olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fehir giri\u015flerinde bekletildi. O kep\u00e7eleri al\u0131p, enkaz b\u00f6lgelerine hi\u00e7 kimse g\u00f6ndermedi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc koordine yok. AFAD\u2019a soruyoruz bilmiyorlar. \u0130\u015fte bu koordinasyonsuzlu\u011fun \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Halk h\u00fck\u00fcmete \u00f6fkeli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda Pur\u00e7u \u00a0koordinasyonsuzlu\u011fun ve asayi\u015fin sa\u011flanamamas\u0131n\u0131n halk\u0131 \u00f6fkeye s\u00fcr\u00fckledi\u011fini belirtti. \u201cHastanelerimizde ameliyat malzemesi yok, acil durumlarda m\u00fcdahale i\u00e7in ekipman yok. Hijyen s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 had safhada zaten. Su yok. Elektrik yok. Bilmiyorum yani. Durum \u00e7ok iyi g\u00f6z\u00fckm\u00fcyor. Oradaki halk \u00e7ok tepkili. Hepsi devletin depremde yard\u0131mlar\u0131na ko\u015fmayacaksa ne zaman ko\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 soruyor. B\u00f6yle bir zamanda gelip m\u00fcdahale etmeyecekse ne zaman edecek? Vatanda\u015f her ad\u0131m att\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu devlete vergi veriyor. Al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015f yap\u0131yorsun vergi, \u00e7ocuklarla e\u011flenmeye gidiyorsun vergi, yemek yiyorsun vergi, berbere gidiyorsun vergi\u2026 Her ad\u0131m vergi. E\u011fer sen b\u00f6yle bir felakette bir kep\u00e7e getirip durumu kontrol alt\u0131na alamazsan, erzak\u0131n\u0131 ve suyunu getirip halk\u0131 teselli etmezsen, \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp onlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmazsan. Ne zaman bu insanlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda olacaks\u0131n? \u201c dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00f6lgede 100.000 Roman felaketten etkilendi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda Romanlarla ilgili de a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Pur\u00e7u, dperme b\u00f6lgesindeki 10 ilde tahmini 100.000 civar\u0131nda Roman ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Roman vatanda\u015flar ile ilgili tam \u00a0bir say\u0131 veremeyece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Pur\u00e7u, Hatay, \u0130skenderun, Kahramanmara\u015f, Malatya ve Ad\u0131yaman\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck Roman mahallelerinin deprem s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u201cBurada hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden \u00e7ok Roman oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.
