Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan engelli vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli hizmetlerden, haklardan ve indirimlerden yararlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla kimlik kart\u0131 d\u00fczenleniyor.Bu kapsamda engelli vatanda\u015flar\u0131n tan\u0131nan hak ve hizmetlerden yararlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak Engelli Kimlik Kart\u0131 Verilmesine ve Ulusal Engelli Veri Sistemi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na dair usul ve esaslar\u0131 belirleyen y\u00f6netmelik Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engelli Kimlik Kart\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporuna g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 40 ve \u00fczeri engelli oldu\u011fu belgelenen bireyler ve 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcklerde ise sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporunda \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in \u00f6zel gereksinim raporuna (\u00c7\u00d6Z-GER) g\u00f6re en az bu orana denk \u00f6zel gereksinim d\u00fczeyine sahip \u00e7ocuklar alabiliyor denildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Engelli Kimlik Kart\u0131 Nas\u0131l Al\u0131n\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Belirlenen \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan engelli bireyler Engelli Kimlik Kart\u0131n\u0131 ikamet etti\u011fi ildeki Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne veya Sosyal Hizmet Merkezine 2 adet foto\u011fraf, n\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 ve engelli sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporunun asl\u0131 veya onayl\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi ile m\u00fcracaat ederek alabiliyor. Engelli Kimlik Kart\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131 e-Devlet kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden de yapabiliyor. Y\u00fczde 40 ve \u00fczeri engelli sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporu olan vatanda\u015flar (2019 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde verilen sa\u011fl\u0131k raporlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi durumunda) e-Devlet \u00fczerinden ba\u015fvuruda bulunmalar\u0131 halinde, d\u00fczenlenen kimlik kartlar\u0131 ki\u015filerin MERN\u0130S\u2019te kay\u0131tl\u0131 bulunan adreslerine veya ba\u015fvuru esnas\u0131nda beyanda bulunduklar\u0131 adrese iadeli taahh\u00fctl\u00fc posta ile teslim ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kimlik Kart\u0131n\u0131n Engelli Vatanda\u015flara Sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130mk\u00e2nlar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Engelli Kimlik Kart\u0131na sahip olan vatanda\u015flar, belediye ve \u00f6zel halk otob\u00fcsleri, deniz ula\u015f\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve TCDD b\u00fcnyesindeki trenlerden \u00fccretsiz yararlanabiliyor. T\u00fcm i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f hatlar u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131nda engelli kimlik kart\u0131na sahip engellilere y\u00fczde 20 indirim sa\u011flan\u0131yor. M\u00fcze ve \u00f6ren yerleri, milli parklar, tabiat\u0131 koruma alanlar\u0131 ve tabiat parklar\u0131na \u00fccretsiz bir \u015fekilde ziyaret edebiliyor. Ayr\u0131ca devlet tiyatrolar\u0131ndan \u00fccretsiz yararlanabiliyor.
