Mektupta Limak Holding ile y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sosyal sorumluluk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edildi. Mu\u011fla \u0130kizk\u00f6y\u2019deki k\u00f6m\u00fcr maden sahas\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00f6yl\u00fcler ve aktivistlerin ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fa n\u00f6beti devam ederken \u0130kizk\u00f6y \u00c7evre Komitesi, Limak Holding\u2019in Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler(BM) Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131(UNDP) ile y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk projesini g\u00fcndeme getirerek, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler\u2019e mektup yazd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limak Holding\u2019in Akbelen\u2019de sebep oldu\u011fu hak ihlallerinin Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletlerin ilkeleri ile ba\u011fda\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan \u0130kizk\u00f6y \u00c7evre Komitesi, kurulu\u015ftan Akbelen\u2019de ya\u015fananlar\u0131 durdurmak i\u00e7in etki g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve kendi \u015feffafl\u0131k taahh\u00fcd\u00fcne istinaden kamuoyunu bilgilendirmesini de talep etti. Mektupta Limak Holding\u2019in hem BM K\u00fcresel \u0130lkeleri\u2019ni hem de BM \u0130\u015f D\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Rehber \u0130lkeleri\u2019ni g\u00f6zetmedi\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Komite yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektupta, UNDP\u2019nin \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015f birliklerinde insan haklar\u0131 ve \u00e7evresel ihlalleri \u201cd\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 kriterler\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00fcstelik madencilik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de riskli sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda kabul etti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Mektupta yer alan bilgilere g\u00f6re, Limak Holding Akbelen\u2019deki k\u00f6m\u00fcr faaliyeti sebebiyle \u015funlara neden olmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Yerinden etmelere ve yoksulla\u015ft\u0131rmaya: s\u00fcrekli geni\u015fleyen ve yenileri a\u00e7\u0131lan linyit maden ocaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in Milas ve Yata\u011fan\u2019da bug\u00fcne kadar toplam 7 bin 800 futbol sahas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde 5 bin hektar alan yok edilirken bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te 10 k\u00f6y ise yerinden edilmi\u015ftir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halk\u0131n madene kar\u015f\u0131 duru\u015funun yok say\u0131lmas\u0131na: Akbelen n\u00f6beti 2021 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam etti. A\u011fustos 2023\u2019te orman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc k\u00f6m\u00fcr madeni i\u00e7in yok edildi. 150 binden fazla ki\u015fi Akbelen Orman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kesilmemesi i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lan imza kampanyas\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131rken, muhalefet partileri tatilde olan Meclisi Akbelen orman\u0131 i\u00e7in acil toplant\u0131ya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kayb\u0131na: Santraller ve madenlerden \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00fcl, tozlar ve i\u00e7erdikleri a\u011f\u0131r metaller ve arsenik gibi tehlikeli maddeler T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu Milas\u2019ta ar\u0131lar\u0131n zehirlenmesine, \u00fcretilen balda y\u00fcksek seviyede a\u011f\u0131r metale rastlanmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu k\u00fcl ve tozlarla kaplanan zeytin a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 ise kurumakta ve verimini kaybetmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk ve ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n daha zorlu hayat \u015fartlar\u0131na maruz kalmas\u0131na: Tar\u0131m arazilerinin ellerinden al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile kad\u0131nlar erkeklere daha ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 h\u00e2le gelmektedir. Yerinden edilmeler sonucunda kent merkezlerine gitmek zorunda kalan kad\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk ve ya\u015fl\u0131lar kentteki evlerde erke\u011fe muhta\u00e7 ya\u015famaya mahkum b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ED s\u00fcrecinin ihlaline: Santrallar ve madenler \u00c7ED y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin onlara tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 istisnalar nedeniyle g\u00fcncel kapasite art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve proje de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine ra\u011fmen hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde \u00c7ED\u2019e tabi tutulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yani termik santral ve madenin do\u011faya ve y\u00f6reye etkileri incelenememi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin ihlali ve do\u011fan\u0131n ya\u015fam hakk\u0131n\u0131n elinden al\u0131nmas\u0131na: BERN Biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne taraf olan T\u00fcrkiye, Akbelen Orman\u0131\u2019nda bulunan 10 farkl\u0131 endemik t\u00fcr\u00fc ve ya\u015fam ortam\u0131n\u0131 korumakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Maden ocaklar\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplam alan\u0131n 5 bin hektar oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00e7evrede ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131n ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 suya eri\u015fim hakk\u0131n\u0131n ihlaline: \u0130\u015fletme baca filtresi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 be\u015f \u00fcniteden sadece ikisinde tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 \u00fcnite \u00e7evre yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, zehir sa\u00e7maya devam etmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca santrallerin ve maden i\u015fletmesinin sular\u0131 zehirledi\u011fi yap\u0131lan incelemelerle ortaya konmu\u015ftur. \u0130kizk\u00f6y k\u00f6m\u00fcr ocag\u0306\u0131n\u0131n havzas\u0131nda kalan De\u011firmen Deresi\u2019nin III. S\u0131n\u0131f (kirlenmis\u0327 su) kalitesinde oldu\u011fu, derede nikel, kobalt ve manganez gibi a\u011f\u0131r metallerin havza do\u011fal arka plan-DAP deg\u0306erlerinin 19,8 ve 9 kat \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hukuksal s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ihlaline: 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda y\u00f6re halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Yenik\u00f6y ve Kemerk\u00f6y termik santrallerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 talepli dava T\u00fcrkiye \u0130dare Mahkemelerinde g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve santrallerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Kapatma karar\u0131 Dan\u0131\u015ftayca onanm\u0131\u015f ve kesinle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Buna ra\u011fmen Bakanlar Kurulu karar alarak mahkeme karar\u0131n\u0131 uygulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uygulama A\u0130HM\u2019ye ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. A\u0130HM 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yarg\u0131 karar\u0131na uymayarak termik santrallerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na izin vermesini Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesine ayk\u0131r\u0131 bulmu\u015ftur.
