Bildirgede;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>&#8221;Emeklilik sosyal g\u00fcvenlik hakk\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r ve temel yurtta\u015fl\u0131k haklar\u0131ndan biridir. Emekliler, hak sahipleriyle birlikte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli toplumsal gruplar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturuyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 10,7 milyonu ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k (emekli) ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlardan olu\u015fmak \u00fczere dul ve yetim ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlarla birlikte 15,2 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n emekli ve hak sahibi var. Milyonlar\u0131 kapsayan emeklilik sisteminin getirdi\u011fi e\u015fitsizlikler emeklilikte adalet sorununu derinle\u015ftiriyor. Emeklilerin insanca bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmeleri giderek zorla\u015f\u0131yor, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131 sebebiyle emekliler ya i\u015f ar\u0131yor ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.&#8221; ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Milyonlarca emeklinin ise asgari \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda ayl\u0131\u011fa mahkum edildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekilen bildirgede, emekliler i\u00e7in at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131raland\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 en az asgari \u00fccrete y\u00fckseltilmelidir. Bu tutar emeklilerin k\u00f6k ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilmelidir. Ucube bir sistem olan tamamlama i\u015fleminden vazge\u00e7ilmelidir. Bunun yerine en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccrete \u00e7ekilmeli, di\u011fer ayl\u0131klar da ayn\u0131 oranda y\u00fckseltilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki dengesizli\u011fin giderilmesi i\u00e7in intibak d\u00fczenlemesi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011flanmas\u0131nda 2000 \u00f6ncesi, 2000-2008 aras\u0131 ve 2008 sonras\u0131 olmak \u00fczere var olan \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 sistemden do\u011fan farklar ve dengesizlikler giderilmelidir. Ayn\u0131 s\u00fcrelerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve e\u015fit prim \u00f6deyen emeklilerin ayl\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki farklar e\u015fitlik ilkesine ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Ayl\u0131k Ba\u011flama Oranlar\u0131 eski d\u00fczeyine y\u00fckseltilmeli ve kapsaml\u0131 intibak d\u00fczenlemesi ile emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fitsizlik giderilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131 konusunda adalet ve denge sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Emeklilikte adil bir kademeli ge\u00e7i\u015f sistemi uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r verilen m\u00fccadele sonucu yap\u0131lan EYT d\u00fczenlemesi \u00f6nemli bir ma\u011fduriyeti giderirken yeni adaletsizlikler yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n e\u015fitlik ilkesi ihlal edilmi\u015ftir. 8 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 g\u00fcn\u00fcnden \u00f6nce sigortal\u0131 olanlar i\u00e7in emeklilikte ya\u015f ko\u015fulu olmadan emeklilik imk\u00e2n\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131rken, 9 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 ve sonras\u0131nda sigortal\u0131 olan kad\u0131nlarda 20 ve erkeklerde 17 y\u0131l daha ge\u00e7 emeklilik s\u00f6z konusu olmaktad\u0131r. Bir g\u00fcn, bir ay, bir y\u0131l farkla ortaya b\u00fcy\u00fck bir dengesizlik \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sigorta ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 9 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 ve sonras\u0131 olanlar i\u00e7in adil bir kademeli ge\u00e7i\u015f sistemi kabul edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Y\u0131lda iki kez verilen emekli bayram ikramiyeleri en az asgari \u00fccret kadar olmak \u00fczere art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri emeklilere y\u0131lda iki kez, Kurban ve Ramazan bayramlar\u0131nda verilen emekli bayram ikramiye tutarlar\u0131 yeniden d\u00fczenlenmelidir. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1.000 TL olarak belirlenen emekli bayram ikramiyeleri aradan ge\u00e7en 5 y\u0131lda asgari \u00fccrete g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a geriledi. 2018 Mart ay\u0131nda emekli bayram ikramiyesi 1.603 TL olan asgari \u00fccretin y\u00fczde 62\u2019si kadard\u0131. 2023 Haziran\u2019da ise 2.000 TL olan emekli bayram ikramiyesi 11.402 TL olan asgari \u00fccretin y\u00fczde 18\u2019ine kadar geriledi. Emekli bayram ikramiyeleri asgari \u00fccret kadar art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131 bir bayram i\u00e7in 7.113 TL olarak uygulanacakt\u0131. Emekli bayram ikramiyeleri har\u00e7l\u0131k olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131 ve asgari \u00fccret d\u00fczeyine y\u00fckseltilmelidir.l bir kademeli ge\u00e7i\u015f sistemi kabul edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Emekli ile dul ve yetim ayl\u0131klar\u0131 belirlenirken emekliler s\u00f6z ve karar sahibi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Emeklilerin sendika kurma hakk\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engeller kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7i emeklilerine ayl\u0131klar belirlenirken toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Emekli sendikalar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck kapatma davalar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilmelidir.
