Bu y\u0131l ki slogan\u0131 \u201cK\u00fcresel Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u00e7in Uyku E\u015fitli\u011fi\u201d olarak belirleyen ASYOD, &#8220;D\u00fcnya genelinde toplumlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fitsizliklerini ele almal\u0131y\u0131z.&#8221; dedi.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir uykunun \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekmek ve uyku bozukluklar\u0131 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak amac\u0131yla, her y\u0131l mart ay\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc, farkl\u0131 bir sloganla D\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kutlan\u0131yor. Bu y\u0131l D\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn temas\u0131 \u201cK\u00fcresel Sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in Uyku E\u015fitli\u011fi\u201d olarak belirlendi.<br \/>Kalitesiz uyku y\u00fcksek tansiyon, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, diyabet, kilo art\u0131\u015f\u0131, depresyon ve inme riskini artt\u0131r\u0131rken, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyku ise obezite, hipertansiyon, depresyon ve Alzheimer dahil olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fimini engelleyerek ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131r\u0131yor. T\u00fcrk Torak Derne\u011fi (TTD) Uykuda Solunum Bozukluklar\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu Y\u00fcr\u00fctme Kurulu \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Canan G\u00fcnd\u00fcz G\u00fcrkan ve TTD Merkez Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. \u00c7a\u011flar \u00c7uhadaro\u011flu D\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<br \/>Sa\u011fl\u0131k hakk\u0131n\u0131n temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin en \u00f6nemlilerinden biri oldu\u011funu belirten Do\u00e7. Dr. Canan G\u00fcnd\u00fcz G\u00fcrkan, uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bu hakk\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyku ko\u015fullar\u0131na eri\u015fimin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken G\u00fcrkan, \u201cHer bireyin, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer, sosyoekonomik durumu, \u00e7evresel ko\u015fullar, sosyal yap\u0131lar, topluluk i\u00e7i ve bireyler aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler, ki\u015fisel inan\u00e7 ve davran\u0131\u015flar ne olursa olsun, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyku ko\u015fullar\u0131na eri\u015fimi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyku hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in devlet otoritelerine g\u00f6revler d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yleyen G\u00fcrkan, \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uykunun ve uyku e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in devlet otoritelerinden sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na ve i\u015f sahiplerine kadar uzanarak toplumun her kesimine birtak\u0131m g\u00f6revler d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Uyku e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve refah\u0131 i\u00e7in olumlu etkileri olacakt\u0131r. Toplumumuzun bireylerini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyku ve ya\u015fam al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 benimsemeleri i\u00e7in bir ad\u0131m atmaya davet ediyoruz\u201d \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uyku e\u015fitli\u011fi ve kaliteli uyku hakk\u0131na eri\u015fim farkl\u0131 nedenlerle ihlal ediliyor. Uyku e\u015fitli\u011fi, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve kaliteli uykunun, toplumun t\u00fcm bireyleri taraf\u0131ndan e\u015fit bir bi\u00e7imde eri\u015filebilir olma halini tan\u0131ml\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uyku e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011fl\u0131k e\u015fitli\u011finin bir uzant\u0131s\u0131 olarak da alg\u0131lanabilir oldu\u011funu ifade eden Prof. Dr. \u00c7a\u011flar \u00c7uhadaro\u011flu, toplumun her bireyinin gerek ya\u015fam gerek meslek ko\u015fullar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok boyutlu nedenler \u00fczerinden maalesef sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uykuya eri\u015fimi e\u015fit \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<br \/>K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, toplumun belirli kesimlerinin e\u015fit olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren \u00c7uhadaro\u011flu, \u201cAz\u0131nl\u0131klar, g\u00f6\u00e7menler, m\u00fclteciler ve kad\u0131nlar uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda e\u015fitsizliklerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlileri, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, uzun yol \u015fof\u00f6rleri ve \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rlerde vardiyal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7iler gibi meslek gruplar\u0131, yeterli ve kaliteli bir uyku i\u00e7in uygun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duymaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7uhadaro\u011flu, \u00fclkemizde yak\u0131n zamanda ya\u015fanan deprem felaketine de dikkat \u00e7ekerek, depremzedelerin uyku hijyeninden yoksun kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. \u00c7uhadaro\u011flu, \u201cUyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131nda, yetersiz fiziksel ko\u015fullar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, maruz kal\u0131nan psikolojik travma da \u00f6nemli bir etken olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyku i\u00e7in dikkat edilmesi gerekenler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fczenli bir egzersiz rutini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcn. Yatma saatine yak\u0131n egzersiz yapmak, enerji seviyelerini ve v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak uykuya dalmay\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rabilir.<br \/>Rahatlat\u0131c\u0131 bir uyku ortam\u0131 yarat\u0131n. Yatak odan\u0131z\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca karanl\u0131k, serin ve sessiz tutun. Bilgisayar, TV ve telefon gibi elektronik cihazlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 yatak odan\u0131za almayarak v\u00fccudunuzun i\u00e7 saatini d\u00fczenleyen bir hormon olan melatonin d\u00fczeylerini etkiler.<br \/>Yatmadan hemen \u00f6nce stresli veya kayg\u0131 uyand\u0131ran durumlar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131n veya bunlarla u\u011fra\u015fmay\u0131n. Yatmadan \u00f6nce stresli konularla ilgilenerek uyku kalitenizi azaltmay\u0131n.<br \/>Hafta sonlar\u0131 bile her g\u00fcn ayn\u0131 saatlerde yat\u0131n ve kalk\u0131n, \u00e7ok erken yatmay\u0131n, uykunuz gelmeden yata\u011fa girmeyin. Aksi halde uyumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak endi\u015fenizi art\u0131r\u0131p uykuya ge\u00e7i\u015finizi daha da zorla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r.<br \/>Yatmadan \u00f6nce a\u011f\u0131r yemekleri atlay\u0131n ve alkol\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131n.
