Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) Se\u00e7im ve Parti Hukuk \u0130\u015flerinden Sorumlu Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 G\u00fcl \u00c7iftci Binici, T\u00fcrkiye Radyo ve Televizyon Kurumu\u2019nun (TRT) partisine uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 “karatmay\u0131” Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.
Gazete Duvar’dan Gizem \u00d6rnek’in haberine g\u00f6re Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvuruda, “Siyasi partiler, se\u00e7im takviminde TRT’den ku\u015fak spotu, \u00e7er\u00e7eve reklam ve sponsor i\u00e7erik olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 \u015fekilde reklam rezervasyonu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmekte ve bunlar yay\u0131nlanmaktad\u0131r. Televizyon kanallar\u0131 reklamIar\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131, rezervasyon y\u00f6ntemiyle kanallardan talep edilmektedir. CHP; TRT 1, TRT Haber ve TRT Spor kanallar\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce kez reklam yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuruda bulunmu\u015fsa da TRT bu reklamlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birisini yay\u0131nlamam\u0131\u015f, paras\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 reklamlar\u0131 yay\u0131nlamayarak kamuyu zarara u\u011fratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRT’nin CHP \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ve siyasi s\u00f6ylemlerine yer vermemesinin bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ihlali anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n su\u00e7 duyurusunu reddetti\u011fi de hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131. Ba\u015fvuruda “Yanl\u0131 kamusal yay\u0131na mahkeme eliyle g\u00f6z yumulmu\u015f, bir siyasi partinin sesinin k\u0131s\u0131lmas\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
