Bilirki\u015fi raporuna dayan\u0131larak verilen kararda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi \u00e7evre ve \u015fehircilik ilkeleri y\u00f6n\u00fcnden eksik ve hatal\u0131 bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ali Daylam: \u201cBu proje pek \u00e7ok say\u0131da Roman\u0131 evsiz b\u0131rak\u0131p, m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirecekti.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Davan\u0131n iptali ile ilgili sosyal medyadan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada Ba\u015fkan Daylam \u015fu ifadeler yer verdi; &nbsp;\u201c\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Akdeniz Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan teknik rapor do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje ile se\u00e7imlerden sonra mahallede bir kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek b\u00fct\u00fcn mahalleyi yerinden edecekti. Bu proje Romanlar i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck ma\u011fduriyetler yaratacak ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da Roman\u0131 evsiz b\u0131rak\u0131p, m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirecekti. Di\u011fer yandan bu kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi &nbsp;mahallede ya\u015fatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Roman k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de yok olmas\u0131na sebep olacakt\u0131. Federasyonumuzun giri\u015fimleri ile a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z mahkemeden gelen ilk karar davay\u0131 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve planlanan projenin iptali do\u011frultusunda. Uyan\u0131k ve akl\u0131 selim olmam\u0131z laz\u0131m.
