Engelliler Haftas\u0131&#8217;nda ula\u015f\u0131lan ve ula\u015f\u0131lamayan hedefler g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7iriliyor ve bu hedeflere y\u00f6nelik yeni planlamalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engelli bireylerin sosyal, ekonomik ve politik a\u00e7\u0131dan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 engellere ili\u015fkin eylemlerin planlanmas\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde hepimize g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Engelli bireylerin ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda e\u015fit haklara sahip olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler ayr\u0131cal\u0131k de\u011fildir. Bu haklar ba\u011f\u0131\u015f da de\u011fildir. Bunlar bir toplumda her bireyin sahip olmas\u0131 gereken tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz haklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(T\u0130HEV) T\u00fcrkiye \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 ve e\u015fitlik Kurumu , Engelliler Haftas\u0131 (10-16 May\u0131s) dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda; &#8221;Do\u011fu\u015ftan veya sonradan meydana gelen hastal\u0131klar veya kaza sonucu olu\u015fan sakatl\u0131klar \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclerek, toplumsal\/ y\u00f6netsel tutum ve tercihler sonucu ya\u015fam\u0131n bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131nda k\u0131s\u0131tlanan ve engellerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan ki\u015filer, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcncel verilerine g\u00f6re d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k % 16\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunun ise % 12,29\u2019unun en az bir engeli bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizin ve d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan engelli bireyler, toplumsal hayata kat\u0131lma noktas\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli sorunlar ya\u015famakla birlikte bu sorunlar aras\u0131nda en temelleri; Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) 2030 S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Hedeflerinde sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, istihdam, ula\u015f\u0131ma eri\u015fim, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131n engelli bireylerin maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 kesi\u015fimsel ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131klar ve e\u015fitsizlikler olarak ifade edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal devlet olman\u0131n gere\u011fi olarak T\u00fcrkiye, engelli haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok norm ve mekanizmay\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir.
