K\u0130PTA\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali Kurt, kentte y\u0131k\u0131lma riski bulunan 1556 bina oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<br \/>\u0130stanbul\u2019da olas\u0131 deprem ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrerken Bah\u00e7elievler\u2019de ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcn bir binada \u00e7\u00f6kme meydana geldi, \u0130BB s\u00f6z konusu binayla ilgili soru\u015fturma ba\u015flatt\u0131. \u0130BB \u0130stanbul Konut \u0130mar Plan Sanayi ve Ticaret A\u015e (K\u0130PTA\u015e) Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali Kurt, \u201c130 bin ba\u015fvuruya kar\u015f\u0131n 35 bin binay\u0131 tarayabildik. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yurtta\u015flar evlerine almad\u0131lar, bilgi kirlili\u011fi nedeniyle korkuyorlar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130BB\u2019nin tespitine g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019da deprem olmasa bile oldu\u011fu yerde y\u0131k\u0131lma riski bulunan 1556 bina bulundu\u011funu belirten K\u0130PTA\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kurt, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<br \/>\u201cOlas\u0131 bir Marmara depreminde 200 bin bina kullan\u0131lamaz hale gelecek. 1.2 milyon ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birim ve 4.8 milyon insan ciddi risk alt\u0131nda. Binalar oldu\u011fu yerde y\u0131k\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Belediyemiz bu binalar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n verdi\u011fi kira deste\u011fine ek destek verebilmek i\u00e7in karar \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. K\u0130PTA\u015e, yap\u0131lar\u0131 maliyetine yenilemek i\u00e7in \u2018\u0130stanbul Yenileniyor\u2019u da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Ancak istenilen performans\u0131 alam\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c25 bin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birimle ilgili yurtta\u015flarla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uzla\u015f\u0131m\u0131z var\u201d diyen Kurt s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cYani yurtta\u015flar bor\u00e7lanarak binalar\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesini kabul ediyor. Ama in\u015faat maliyetleri ilk kez 2022\u2019nin birinci \u00e7eyre\u011finde asgari \u00fccretin \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
