Bug\u00fcn yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde, kanun teklifi\u2019nin 22 maddesi kabul edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teklifin 14. maddesinde AKP taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u00f6nergeyle de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131ld\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde her ay 23 bin 310 TL \u00f6deme yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan teklifin 15. maddesi de de\u011fi\u015ftirildi. Yerle\u015ftirildikleri e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda mazaretsiz olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flamayanlar ile g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde mazeretsiz olarak g\u00f6revlerinden ayr\u0131lanlar haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimi sonunda ald\u0131klar\u0131 atamaya esas ba\u015far\u0131 puan\u0131yla s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenlik i\u00e7in yeniden ba\u015fvuruda bulunamayacak ve yerle\u015ftirdikleri tarih itibar\u0131yla 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimine al\u0131nmayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genel Kurul\u2019da kabul edilen maddeler, e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim hizmetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin se\u00e7ilmeleri, yeti\u015ftirilmeleri, atanmalar\u0131, haklar\u0131, \u00f6dev ve sorumluluklar\u0131, \u00f6d\u00fcl ve cezalar\u0131, kariyer basamaklar\u0131nda ilerlemeleri ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fine ili\u015fkin di\u011fer hususlar ile Milli E\u011fitim Akademisinin kurulmas\u0131, g\u00f6revleri, te\u015fkilat yap\u0131s\u0131 ve personeline ili\u015fkin konular\u0131 d\u00fczenliyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin nitelikleri ve se\u00e7imi haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimine al\u0131nacaklar\u0131n belirleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kabul edilen maddeler \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Milli E\u011fitim Akademisi kurulacak<\/strong><br \/>\u00d6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n mesle\u011fe haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, geli\u015fimi ve kariyer basamaklar\u0131nda ilerlemeleri i\u00e7in Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u201cMilli E\u011fitim Akademisi\u201d kurulacak. Milli E\u011fitim Akademisi\u2019nde aday \u00f6\u011fretmenler i\u00e7in 3 veya 4 d\u00f6nemden olu\u015fan \u2018haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimi\u2019 verilecek. Haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimi, teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 derslerden olu\u015facak. Her bir d\u00f6nem en az 10 en fazla 14 haftadan olu\u015facak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimine al\u0131nacaklarda aranacak ko\u015fullar\u2026<\/strong><br \/>Haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimine al\u0131nacaklarda T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 olmak; kamu haklar\u0131ndan mahrum bulunmamak; 5237 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu\u2019nun 53 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde belirtilen s\u00fcreler ge\u00e7mi\u015f olsa bile; kasten i\u015flenen bir su\u00e7tan dolay\u0131 bir y\u0131l veya daha fazla s\u00fcreyle hapis cezas\u0131na ya da affa u\u011fram\u0131\u015f olsa bile devletin g\u00fcvenli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 su\u00e7lar, Anayasal d\u00fczene ve bu d\u00fczenin i\u015fleyi\u015fine kar\u015f\u0131 su\u00e7lar, zimmet, irtik\u00e2p, r\u00fc\u015fvet, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k, doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, sahtecilik, g\u00fcveni k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanma, hileli iflas, ihaleye fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, edimin ifas\u0131na fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, su\u00e7tan kaynaklanan malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlerini aklama, ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde imal ve ticareti, uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma, kullanmak i\u00e7in uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde sat\u0131n almak, kabul etmek veya bulundurmak ya da uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde kullanmak, hay\u00e2s\u0131zca hareketler, m\u00fcstehcenlik ve fuhu\u015f su\u00e7lar\u0131 ile cinsel dokunulmazl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 su\u00e7lardan mahkum olmamak; devlet memurlu\u011fundan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f veya bu kanunun 25 inci maddesine g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi sona ermemi\u015f olmak; askerlikle ilgisi bulunmamak, muvazzaf askerlik hizmetini yapm\u0131\u015f veya muvazzaf askerlik hizmeti ertelenmi\u015f ya da yedek s\u0131n\u0131fa ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f olmak; \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fe atanaca\u011f\u0131 alan i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenen y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131ndan mezun olmak; \u00d6l\u00e7me, Se\u00e7me ve Yerle\u015ftirme Merkezi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan s\u0131navlardan alanlara g\u00f6re Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenecek s\u0131nav puan\u0131na sahip olmak, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu y\u00f6n\u00fcnden \u00f6\u011fretmenlik g\u00f6revini yapmas\u0131na engel bir durumu olmamak ko\u015fullar\u0131 aranacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disiplin cezalar\u0131 ve disiplin cezas\u0131 gerektiren fiil ve davran\u0131\u015flar<\/strong><br \/>Haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimine mazeretsiz olarak toplam iki g\u00fcn kat\u0131lmamak.
