Anayasa\u2019ya ayk\u0131r\u0131 i\u015flem tesis eden, kendi i\u00e7tihatlar\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7e sayan Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019nin la\u00e7kala\u015fm\u0131\u015f hak ihlali karar\u0131 T\u00fcrk milletinin iradesiyle \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, kanunsuzlu\u011fa ge\u00e7it verilmemi\u015ftir.g\u00f6r\u00fcls\u00fcn istenmi\u015ftir.\u201d<br \/>*Milliyet\u00e7i Hareket Partisi, ba\u015ftan aya\u011fa suland\u0131r\u0131lan ve as\u0131l ba\u011flam\u0131ndan kopart\u0131lan Can Atalay meselesinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Meclis oturumuna kat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc DEM\u2019lenmi\u015f CHP\u2019nin, marjinalle\u015fmi\u015f T\u0130P\u2019in, PKK aparatlar\u0131n\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye ve T\u00fcrk milleti aleyhine periyodik kararlar alan Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019nin nas\u0131l bir tezgah\u0131n faili olduklar\u0131n\u0131n apa\u00e7\u0131k de\u015fifresi g\u00f6r\u00fcls\u00fcn istenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Ayr\u0131ca tezah\u00fcr eden \u00f6nemli bir sonu\u00e7 ise \u015fudur: Cumhur \u0130ttifak\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurucular\u0131ndan AK Parti, Milliyet\u00e7i Hareket Partisi olmadan da gere\u011fini yapm\u0131\u015f, takdire \u015fayan bir duru\u015fla haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa, hukuksuzlu\u011fa ve e\u015fk\u0131yal\u0131\u011fa m\u00fcsaade etmemi\u015ftir. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ortak nerede diyenler a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f, biz olmadan da milletimizin beklentisine m\u00fczahir bir karar al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra d\u00fcnk\u00fc oylama T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin birinci partisi olarak AK Parti\u2019yi tekraren i\u015faret ve teyit etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*31 Mart 2024 Mahalli \u0130dareler Se\u00e7imlerinden sonra DEM\u2019lenmi\u015f CHP\u2019yi parlatanlar, \u2018birinci parti, anketlerde a\u00e7\u0131k ara \u00f6nde\u2019 masal\u0131n\u0131 devaml\u0131 surette anlatanlar Can Atalay karar\u0131yla kara propagandan\u0131n silinip at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na bizatihi \u015fahit olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Bilinmesini \u00f6zellikle arzu ederim ki, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcndeminde se\u00e7im yoktur.
