Gelir \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 459 s\u0131ra numaral\u0131 Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebli\u011fi\u2019nde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tasla\u011f\u0131 kamuoyunun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne a\u00e7t\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re, i\u015fletmelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra t\u00fcketicilere de 7 bin liran\u0131n \u00fczerindeki \u00f6demelerini banka veya finansal kurumlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yapma zorunlulu\u011fu getirilecek. B\u00f6ylece nihai t\u00fcketiciler de tevsik (belgeleme) zorunlulu\u011fu kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin; kamu kurumunda memur olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015fi, evinde kullanmak \u00fczere, beyaz e\u015fya perakende ticaretiyle u\u011fra\u015fan bir firmadan 20 bin lira tutar\u0131nda bir buzdolab\u0131 sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, tutar 7 bin liray\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu i\u015fleme ait tahsilat ve \u00f6demenin banka ve arac\u0131 finansal kurumlar kanal\u0131yla yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecek.\u00d6demeleri banka veya kredi kart\u0131 ile yapmayan, bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle elden yapan t\u00fcketicilere \u00f6deme tutar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019u oran\u0131nda ceza kesilecek.
