Y\u00f6netmelikle, m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn sorumluluk alan\u0131ndaki ibadethaneler aras\u0131na cami ve mescitlerin yan\u0131nda cemevleri de eklendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CEMEVLER\u0130 \u0130BADETHANE SAYILDI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130BB meclisi taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen \u0130BB Dini Kurum ve Topluluklarla \u0130li\u015fkiler \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6rev ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ile m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn te\u015fkilat yap\u0131s\u0131, hukuki stat\u00fcs\u00fc, g\u00f6rev, yetki, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma usul ve esaslar\u0131 belirlendi. \u015eube m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde g\u00f6revli memur, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel, i\u015f\u00e7i stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde personel ile di\u011fer personelin tan\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eube m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn sorumluluk alan\u0131ndaki ibadethaneler aras\u0131nda Cami ve mescitlerin yan\u0131nda Cemevleri ve di\u011fer dinlerin ibadethaneleri de say\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TARAFSIZLIK \u0130LKES\u0130 G\u00d6ZET\u0130LECEK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6revleri aras\u0131nda dini kurum ve topluluklardan gelen teklif, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve talepleri incelemek, de\u011ferlendirmek ve ilgili kurum birimlerine iletilmesini sa\u011flamak ve takibini yapmak olarak say\u0131ld\u0131. Fakat biz, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin t\u00fcm \u0130badethanelere y\u00f6nelik hizmetleri i\u00e7in bunu tek bir m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplamak i\u00e7in, dini kurum ve topluluklarla ili\u015fkiler m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kurduk May\u0131s ay\u0131nda. Bu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn tam olarak hangi ibadethane, hangi topluluklara, nas\u0131l bir hizmet verece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klamak i\u00e7in mevcut kanunlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da ortaya koyarak, ibadethane tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 getirdik.
