Komisyon 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulanacak asgari \u00fccret rakam\u0131n\u0131 belirleyecek.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ocak ay\u0131nda asgari \u00fccret net 17,002 TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca bor\u00e7lanmalar\u0131n sebebi ise bu rakam oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asgari \u00fccret rakam\u0131n\u0131 bir komisyon belirliyor. Komisyonda 5 i\u015f\u00e7i, 5 i\u015fveren temsilcisi pazarl\u0131k yap\u0131yor. 5 H\u00fck\u00fcmet temsilcisi ise hakem olarak yer al\u0131yor. Komisyon ge\u00e7im, istihdam ve maliyetle ilgili bir\u00e7ok veriyi ele al\u0131yor. Bunlardan birisi de enflasyon. Direkt belirlemese de en \u00f6nemli referans enflasyon oluyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bundan \u00f6nceki t\u00fcm\u00a0asgari \u00fccret\u00a0art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hep bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n enflasyon rakam\u0131 baz al\u0131narak bunun 5-10 puan \u00fczerinde art\u0131\u015flar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.\u00a0Yani yine enflasyon en \u00f6nemli belirleyici olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merkez Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kendi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 piyasa kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 anketlerinden \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6sterdi ki y\u0131l sonu enflasyon tahminleri y\u00fczde 41,50 ile y\u00fczde 45 aras\u0131nda olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sonu\u00e7lardan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tahminin OVP&#8217;deki y\u00fczde 41,50 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
