Rusya ve \u0130ran imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni anla\u015fma ile de santrali ortak i\u015fletecek. Anla\u015fmaya g\u00f6re Rusya 2-3 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir d\u00f6nemde santralde tam kontrol\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek ve ortakl\u0131k da y\u00fczde 50-50 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. Rus personelin santralden a\u015famal\u0131 olarak \u00e7ekilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Almanlar taraf\u0131ndan ilk kez 1974&#8217;de in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flayan Bu\u015fehir n\u00fckleer santral, \u0130ran devriminin ard\u0131ndan in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 durdurulmu\u015ftu. Tahran&#8217;la santralin in\u015fas\u0131 konusunda anla\u015fma sa\u011flayan Moskova eski alt yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine santrali kurdu. Santralin her a\u015famas\u0131nda \u0130ran Atom Enerjisi Kurumu&#8217;nun (\u0130AEK) izni al\u0131narak ilerleme sa\u011flan\u0131yor. \u0130ran tarihi olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fi santralin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131, &#8216;d\u00fc\u015fmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir zafer&#8217; olarak niteliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130kili anla\u015fmalara g\u00f6re Rusya santrale koydu\u011fu n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da geri alacak. Santrali 40 y\u0131ll kullanmay\u0131 planlayan Tahran y\u00f6netimi 10 y\u0131l yak\u0131t\u0131 Rusya&#8217;dan alacak. Sonras\u0131nda ise kendi \u00fcretti\u011fi yak\u0131tlar\u0131 santralde kullanmay\u0131 hedefliyor.
