G\u00fcrer, \u00f6zellikle yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de arazi ve konut al\u0131mlar\u0131, yerel tapu ve kadastro sorunlar\u0131, Ni\u011fde\u2019deki deprem zararlar\u0131 ve \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi gibi konularda detayl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar talep etti. G\u00fcrer, Bakan Kurum\u2019un yan\u0131tlamas\u0131 istemiyle \u015fu sorular\u0131 y\u00f6neltti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yabanc\u0131lara arazi ve konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong><br \/>G\u00fcrer, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin verimli arazilerinin, \u00f6zellikle ekonomik kriz nedeniyle yabanc\u0131lara sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, &#8220;Yabanc\u0131 uyruklu ve \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u00fclke genelinde ne kadar arazi ve konut ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu al\u0131mlar\u0131 hangi \u015fah\u0131slar, \u015firketler veya T\u00fcrk ortaklar ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini, il baz\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ediyorum&#8221; dedi. Ayr\u0131ca, son be\u015f y\u0131lda Hazine arazilerinin ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n imara a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 konular\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hazine arazileri ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>G\u00fcrer, Hazine arazilerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin de sorular y\u00f6nelterek, son be\u015f y\u0131lda ne kadar Hazine arazisi sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, mera alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar\u0131n\u0131n mera olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar\u0131n\u0131n imara a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sordu. Ayr\u0131ca, k\u00f6ylerde m\u00fclkiyeti Hazine&#8217;ye ait arazilerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ilgili de a\u00e7\u0131klama istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> tapu kadastro sorunlar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>Ni\u011fde ilindeki tapu ve kadastro sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getiren G\u00fcrer, \u00f6zellikle Karakap\u0131 ve Ke\u00e7ikalesi k\u00f6ylerinde ciddi problemler ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. &#8220;Tapu kadastro ge\u00e7i\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda, itiraz s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmayan itirazlar nedeniyle k\u00f6ylerde y\u0131llard\u0131r ekip bi\u00e7ilen araziler \u00fczerine tapular\u0131n yaz\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. Bu durum, k\u00f6yl\u00fcler aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar yarat\u0131yor ve insanlar\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu konuda bir d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lacak m\u0131?&#8221; diye sordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7evre sorunlar\u0131, \u0130thal \u00e7\u00f6p ve asbestli su borular\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\u00c7evre sorunlar\u0131na da de\u011finen CHP\u2019li vekil, \u00f6zellikle ithal \u00e7\u00f6p meselesinin devam edip etmedi\u011fini sordu. G\u00fcrer, ayr\u0131ca asbestli i\u00e7me suyu borular\u0131n\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;Asbestli borular\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalara ra\u011fmen, bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgede hala bu borular kullan\u0131lmaya devam ediyor. Bu konuda bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm var m\u0131?&#8221; diye sordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k ve \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi<\/strong><br \/>Son olarak, &#8220;S\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k&#8221; uygulamalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ele\u015ftirilerde bulunan G\u00fcrer, seralarda kullan\u0131lan naylon po\u015fetlerin \u00e7evreyi kirletmeye devam etti\u011fini belirterek, bu konuda bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. &#8220;Tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle Zengen b\u00f6lgesinde seralardan at\u0131lan naylon po\u015fetler do\u011fada yok olmuyor.
