S\u00f6z konusu yaz\u0131, \u0130BB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu, \u015ei\u015fli Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Resul Emrah \u015eahan ve Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Belediye Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Murat \u00c7al\u0131k&#8217;\u0131n sulh ceza hakimli\u011fince tutuklanmas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130BB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu, \u0130BB&#8217;ye y\u00f6nelik &#8220;yolsuzluk&#8221; su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda, tutukland\u0131. Hemen ard\u0131ndan Silivri Cezaevi&#8217;ne g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. \u0130mamo\u011flu&#8217;na y\u00f6neltilen iddialar: &#8220;ihaleye fesat, ki\u015fisel verileri kaydetme, r\u00fc\u015fvet ve \u00f6rg\u00fct kurma&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak \u0130mamo\u011flu, &#8220;kent uzla\u015f\u0131s\u0131&#8221; kapsam\u0131ndaki &#8220;ter\u00f6r&#8221; soru\u015fturmas\u0131nda ise adli kontrol karar\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130stanbul Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130mamo\u011flu hakk\u0131nda &#8220;ter\u00f6r&#8221; dosyas\u0131ndan verilen &#8220;serbest b\u0131rakma karar\u0131&#8221;na itiraz edece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u0130stanbul Valili\u011fi&#8217;ne g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi yaz\u0131da, \u0130BB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130mamo\u011flu&#8217;nun \u0130stanbul 10. Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fince hakk\u0131nda kuvvetli su\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesi oldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle tutukland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi. \u0130mamo\u011flu&#8217;nun \u00fczerine at\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7lar; &#8220;su\u00e7 i\u015flemek amac\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fct kurmak&#8221;, &#8220;hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak ki\u015fisel verileri kaydetmek&#8221;, r\u00fc\u015fvet almak&#8221; ve &#8220;kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ihalesine fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u0130stanbul Valili\u011fine g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi yaz\u0131da;<br \/>&#8220;Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturmalar kapsam\u0131nda n\u00f6bet\u00e7i Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fince; Mali nitelikli soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda \u015f\u00fcpheli Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019nun su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc kurmak ve y\u00f6netmek, r\u00fc\u015fvet almak, irtikap, hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak ki\u015fisel verileri kaydetmek ve ihaleye fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan tutuklanmas\u0131na, Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu&#8217;nun \u00fczerine at\u0131l\u0131 silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne yard\u0131m etme su\u00e7undan kuvvetli su\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesi bulunmakla birlikte mali nitelikli su\u00e7lardan zaten tutuklanmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011finden bu a\u015famada gerek g\u00f6r\u00fclmemekle, talebin reddine karar verilmi\u015ftir&#8221; ifadeleri yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130pek Elif Atayman \u015ei\u015fli&#8217;deki Evinde G\u00f6zalt\u0131na Al\u0131nd\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131 ayr\u0131ca \u015ei\u015fli Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eahan&#8217;\u0131n &#8220;silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne yard\u0131m etmek&#8221; su\u00e7undan hakk\u0131nda kuvvetli su\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesi bulundu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle tutukland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Belediye Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131k&#8217;\u0131n ise &#8220;su\u00e7 i\u015flemek amac\u0131yla kurulan \u00f6rg\u00fcte \u00fcye olmak&#8221; ve &#8220;irtikap&#8221; su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan sevk edildi\u011fi \u0130stanbul 6.
