Yasan\u0131n kapsam\u0131na \u00f6zellikle ruhsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131 dahil edilmedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yasa s\u00fcreci 20 Mart 2025\u2019te ba\u015flad\u0131. O tarihte Slovenya H\u00fck\u00fcmeti \u201chayat sonu istek bildirimi\u201dni g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131yan yasa teklifini parlamentoya sundu. Bu belge, bireylere ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n son d\u00f6neminde t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahaleleri kabul edip etmeyeceklerini \u00f6nceden belirtme hakk\u0131 veriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan, Parlamento Sosyal Komisyonu bu teklifi h\u0131zl\u0131ca de\u011ferlendirerek meclis genel kuruluna iletilmesine karar verdi. B\u00f6ylece, yasa teklifi 23 Nisan 2025\u2019te ilk kez genel kurulda okundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca Slovenya bu ad\u0131m\u0131 atan ilk \u00fclke de\u011fil. ABD, 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda benzer bir yasay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koydu. Almanya 2009\u2019da, Hollanda ise 2002\u2019den sonra bu s\u00fcrece dahil oldu. Bu teoriler, bireylerin bedenleri \u00fczerinde tam karar hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">John Stuart Mill\u2019in \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve Beden \u00dczerindeki Egemenlik G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>John Stuart Mill, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 1859 y\u0131l\u0131nda kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <em>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00dczerine<\/em> adl\u0131 eserinde \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cBirey, bedeninin ve zihninin mutlak egemenidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6tenazi yasas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u0131bbi etik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olu\u015fturuyor. Bioetik 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda y\u00fckselen bir disiplin olarak, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinde do\u011fru ve yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Uzmanlar, bioetik ilkelerle geli\u015ftirilen yasalar\u0131n hem hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fini hem de hekimlerin karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak Slovenya bu ad\u0131mla, etik ve hukuki boyutlar\u0131 dikkate alarak \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczenlemeye imza att\u0131. H\u00fck\u00fcmet, bu yasa ile \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl hastalara daha insanc\u0131l bir hak tan\u0131d\u0131. Slovenya Parlamentosu da toplumsal talebi dikkate alarak, s\u00fcreci \u015feffaf bi\u00e7imde y\u00f6netti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzmanlar, gelecekte ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerin de benzer ad\u0131mlar ataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor.
