AMATEM Sorumlu Hekimi Psikiyatrist Dr. O\u011fuzhan Do\u011fan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumda AMATEM ve AMATEM\u2019deki uygulamalar\u0131 aktard\u0131. Do\u011fan, madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ki\u015fide toplam bir kontrol kayb\u0131na sebep oldu\u011funu belirtti. Do\u011fan, 21 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir tedavinin ard\u0131ndan v\u00fccudun maddeden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131labildi\u011fini fakat ki\u015finin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan kurtulmas\u0131n\u0131n 6 ay ile 1 sene aras\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6nemli olan\u0131n ki\u015finin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sona erdirmesi gereken bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisindeki yakla\u015f\u0131m oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Do\u011fan, \u201cBu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde psikolojik ve sosyal destek mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n da devreye girmesi gerekiyor.\u201d dedi. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda kapsaml\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yok\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. Tayyar \u015ea\u015fmaz ise madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemi oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. \u015ea\u015fmaz, bu konuda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kapsaml\u0131 bir istatistiki bilginin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. Avrupa\u2019da EPSA\u2019n\u0131n (Avrupa Eczac\u0131l\u0131k \u00d6\u011frencileri Birli\u011fi) her y\u0131l \u00f6\u011frencilerle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 anketler sonucunda madde kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda kapsaml\u0131 istatistikler elde ettiklerini ama T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin EPSA \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na dahil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir istatistiki bilginin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Bu t\u00fcr bilginin olmamas\u0131n\u0131n da madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile m\u00fccadele konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck eksiklik yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAilelerin bilgi sahibi olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli\u201d \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mersin \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Narkotik \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileri Halil K\u00f6ksal ve Mehtap Bukiz de madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda \u00f6nleyici hizmetler birimi olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 aktard\u0131. \u0130kili, uyu\u015fturucu maddeler, \u00e7e\u015fitleri, saklanma, kullanma ve sat\u0131lma bi\u00e7imleri konusunda kapsaml\u0131 bilgiler verdi. K\u00f6ksal ve Bukiz madde kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flayan gen\u00e7lerdeki de\u011fi\u015fimleri de aktard\u0131. Gen\u00e7lerin kulland\u0131klar\u0131 jargon hakk\u0131nda da kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara bilgiler verdi. Madde kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili ipu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n genellikle ailelerin g\u00f6zleri \u00f6n\u00fcnde olu\u011funu, fakat ailelerin bu konudaki bilgisizlikleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bunu fark edemediklerini ifade eden K\u00f6ksal, ailelerin madde kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda bilgilenmesinin hayati oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ana konu\u015fmac\u0131lar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan k\u00fcrs\u00fcye Toros Devlet Hastanesi Hemodiyaliz \u00dcnitesi Sorumlu Doktoru Ruhsar U\u00e7ar davet edildi. Tedavi merkezlerine destek olunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen U\u00e7ar, bu konuda toplumsal duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bu konuda Mersin\u2019de \u00e7ok tan\u0131nan eski bir ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan Gazeteci Ali G\u00fcltekin\u2019i \u00f6rnek verdi. U\u00e7ar, G\u00fcltekin\u2019in hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorluklara dikkat \u00e7ekerek, G\u00fcltekin\u2019in i\u015f bulma m\u00fccadelesine destek verilmesini istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00fcltekin as\u0131l m\u00fccadelenin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131ktan kurtulduktan sonra ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Maddeden kurtulan ki\u015filerin ya\u015fama geri d\u00f6nd\u00fckleri zaman kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sosyal ve ekonomik problemlere dikkat \u00e7ekti.
