T\u00fcrk toplumundan r\u00f6van\u015fist bir toplum diye bahsetmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc? Siyasi ve sosyal hayata bak\u0131nca buna b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda evet cevab\u0131 verilebilir. S\u00fcrekli bir kay\u0131plar\u0131 telafi etme ve daha da ilerisi, intikam almaya varan bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r bu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En basitinden siyasi atamalar\u0131 ya da kadrola\u015fmay\u0131 veya b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle devr-i sab\u0131k yaratma \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 bu kategoriye sokmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. R\u00f6van\u015fizm en fazla siyasi arenada kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar. Bir siyasi ak\u0131m\u0131n uygulamalar\u0131, di\u011fer siyasi ak\u0131m i\u015fba\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde k\u00f6kten de\u011fi\u015ftirilir. Uygulamalar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra personel de bundan nasibini al\u0131r. Oysa devlette devaml\u0131l\u0131k ilkesi, devletin selameti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Yine liyakat sahibi kadrolar\u0131n yerlerini korumalar\u0131, devletin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 i\u015flemesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan elzemdir. Ancak pratikte s\u00fcrekli bir partizan ve r\u00f6van\u015fist zihniyet hakimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6yle ki gelece\u011fi in\u015fa etmenin tek \u00e7\u0131kar yolu olarak e\u011fitimden, yay\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa adeta kutsan\u0131r r\u00f6van\u015fizm. \u00d6rne\u011fin e\u011fitim sisteminin bir yap-boz tahtas\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilmeyen yoktur. Son otuz senede defalarca de\u011fi\u015fti e\u011fitim sistemi. Peki bu de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin alt\u0131nda ne yat\u0131yor dersiniz? \u0130\u015fte tam da s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen r\u00f6van\u015fist yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sonucudur bu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir siyaset\u00e7inin, \u2018kay\u0131rma ekonomisiyle semirtilmi\u015f baz\u0131 firmalar\u0131n tasarrufundaki projelerin kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u2019 s\u00f6ylemesi de r\u00f6van\u015fizm su\u00e7lamas\u0131na vesile olmu\u015ftu. Hemen kar\u015f\u0131 grup bunu kendi se\u00e7men taban\u0131na \u2018r\u00f6van\u015f almak isteniyor\u2019 korkusu yayarak duyurmu\u015ftu. Burada dikkat ederseniz, siyasi kurumlar\u0131n adlar\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini bilerek vermiyorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc r\u00f6van\u015f alma d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fc toplumun geneline yay\u0131lan ve ideolojisi ne olursa olsun, o duygunun pe\u015finden giden insan \u00f6beklerine aittir. \u2018R\u00f6van\u015f ruhu, sa\u011f\u0131n ya da solun olay\u0131d\u0131r\u2019 demek do\u011fru olmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131 T\u0130SK ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00fcnl\u00fc i\u015f adam\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6yledikleri hala haf\u0131zalardad\u0131r. \u015e\u00f6yle demi\u015fti: \u201cHep i\u015f\u00e7iler g\u00fcld\u00fc. \u015eimdi g\u00fclme s\u0131ras\u0131 bizde\u201d. Afrikal\u0131 Nelson Mandela\u2019d\u0131r. Fakat d\u00fcnyada genellikle hesapla\u015fmak ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r ve bu durmadan yeni ma\u011fdurlar \u00fcretir\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn kime sorsan\u0131z \u2018kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131k ve has\u0131ml\u0131k \u00fczerine kurulu siyasetten hay\u0131r \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u2019 s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla duyars\u0131n\u0131z.
