Noem a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u201cKoruma Stat\u00fcs\u00fc en ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri ge\u00e7ici olmas\u0131 temeline kurulu. Bu nedenle bu y\u00f6netim stat\u00fcy\u00fc as\u0131l ge\u00e7ici amac\u0131na geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.\u201d dedi.
