Giri\u015fimciler devletler taraf\u0131ndan desteklenir, \u00f6nleri a\u00e7\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Kamu imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da giri\u015fimcili\u011fi te\u015fvike zorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mersin\u2019in Mut il\u00e7esinden yola \u00e7\u0131kan Mehmet \u00c7ay, giri\u015fimcili\u011fi sayesinde az say\u0131da insana nasip olacak i\u015flere imza att\u0131. 1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda fakir bir ailenin \u00e7ocu\u011fu olarak d\u00fcnyaya gelen \u00c7ay, ilkokulu k\u00f6yde bitirir. Akranlar\u0131 gibi ke\u00e7i \u00e7obanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapmak istemez. Onun i\u00e7inde kaynayan, k\u0131p\u0131rdayan bir \u015feyler vard\u0131r. Askerlik \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 d\u00f6rt y\u0131l i\u00e7inde, i\u015finde ustala\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde bir\u00e7ok \u00fcnl\u00fcyle tan\u0131\u015fma f\u0131rsat\u0131 elde etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1995\u2019te Laleli\u2019de bir tekstilci arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131na s\u0131k s\u0131k u\u011framaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bir s\u00fcre sonra terzilikten gelme tekstilci day\u0131s\u0131 ile onun ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Piyasay\u0131 bildi\u011fi i\u00e7in onlar\u0131 cesaretlendirdi. B\u00fct\u00fcn organizasyonu (makine temini vs.) o ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. D\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131n pazarlama i\u015fini \u00fcstlendi. \u00c7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131; d\u00fckk\u00e2nda yat\u0131p- kalk\u0131yordu. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131k ya\u015fad\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan kendi i\u015fini kurmaya karar verdi. Hi\u00e7 paras\u0131 yoktu. Paras\u0131 olan bir arkada\u015f\u0131yla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir ma\u011faza a\u00e7t\u0131. \u201cKo\u015fan mallar\u0131\u201d \u00fcrettirip, sat\u0131yordu. Bu arada 97 y\u0131l\u0131nda evlendi. Bir sene sonra yanl\u0131\u015f kararlar sonucu iflas etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orta\u011f\u0131 onu Yeni \u015eafak Gazetesi\u2019ne ald\u0131rd\u0131. Ca\u011falo\u011flu\u2019nda ofis tutarak, gazete da\u011f\u0131t\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131. Yay-Sat\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m m\u00fccadelesi verdi. Yeni \u015eafak el de\u011fi\u015ftirince, tekrar eski i\u015fi tekstile d\u00f6nd\u00fc. 1- 2 y\u0131l yerinde sayd\u0131. Fakat bir tesad\u00fcf sonucu Fransa\u2019dan sipari\u015f ald\u0131. Ma\u011fazalar zinciri olan bir firmaya y\u00fckl\u00fc miktarlarda mal yapt\u0131. Kendini toparlad\u0131, paralar kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ama Mehmet \u00c7ayl\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7inde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden bu yana, maden sevdas\u0131 vard\u0131. K\u00f6ylerinde mermer \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. 2004\u2019te madencili\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya koyuldu. Bilecik ocaklar\u0131nda incelemelerde bulundu. K\u00f6y\u00fcndeki mermerlerden numune ald\u0131. Kalite, \u00fcretim, pazarlama konular\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130yice emin olduktan sonra arama ruhsat\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131. Maden i\u00e7in 2,7 km su, 7.0 km elektrik, 6.0 km yol d\u00fczenlemesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Elindeki para yetmeyince bir kar orta\u011f\u0131 buldu. T\u00fcm evraklar\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. 2008\u2019de i\u015fletme ruhsat\u0131 alarak \u00fcretime ba\u015flad\u0131. T\u00fcm analizler ve fizibilite raporlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00e7\u0131kan mermerler hatal\u0131yd\u0131, yo\u011fun \u00e7atlak vard\u0131. Zarar ederek madeni kapatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
