T\u0131p doktoru O\u011fuz Erkara&#8217;n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n, m\u00fclakatlar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitap Lokanta D\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve Cinius Yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile yay\u0131nland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">100 Tarihi Lokanta isimli kitapta eski Ba\u015fbakanlardan B\u00fclent Ecevit&#8217;in e\u015fi Rah\u015fan Ecevit&#8217;e evlenme teklif etti\u011fi lokantadan, 100 y\u0131ld\u0131r ayn\u0131 masalar\u0131 kullanan lokantaya, hakk\u0131nda \u015fark\u0131 yaz\u0131lan lokantadan, kebab\u0131 metreyle satan lokantaya, kuru fasulyenin gaz\u0131n\u0131 alan lokantadan, ad\u0131n\u0131 Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn koydu\u011fu lokantaya kadar tarihi i\u015fletmelerin hikayelerine yer veriliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve \u0130ngilizce olarak haz\u0131rlanan kitap, \u00fclkemizi tan\u0131mak isteyen turistlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra farkl\u0131 tat arayanlar\u0131n da be\u011fenisine sunuluyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dr. O\u011fuz Erkara, iki y\u0131l s\u00fcren ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucunda derledi\u011fi kitab\u0131n\u0131n, lokantac\u0131 olmak isteyenler i\u00e7in bir yol haritas\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 umdu\u011funu belirterek, bir doktor olarak b\u00f6yle bir kitap yazma nedenini \u015fu s\u00f6zler ile anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;Bence \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir insan\u0131n mutlaka bir hobisi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hobiler insanlar\u0131n sosyal ve ruhsal y\u00f6nden sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Hep bunun nedenini merak ederdim.
