Karar do\u011frultusunda federal h\u00fck\u00fcmet, 1974 tarihli Ticaret Yasas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 122. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda tarifeleri tahsil etmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABD Uluslararas\u0131 Ticaret Mahkemesi, Ba\u015fkan Donald Trump\u2019\u0131n uygulamaya koydu\u011fu tarifeleri 7 May\u0131s&#8217;ta iptal etmi\u015fti. Mahkeme, tarifelere itiraz eden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck i\u015fletmeler ve baz\u0131 eyaletler lehine 2\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 1 oyla karar verdi. Ayr\u0131ca cari i\u015flemler a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gayrisafi yurt i\u00e7i has\u0131lan\u0131n y\u00fczde 4\u2019\u00fcne ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarifeler \u0130\u00e7in Temyiz S\u00fcreci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahkeme \u00fcyelerinin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, ba\u015fkan\u0131n yasa kapsam\u0131n\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna vard\u0131. Ancak Trump y\u00f6netimi karar\u0131 temyize ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.
