Uluslararas\u0131 Af \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc derhal serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/turk-tabipleri-birligi-ttb-yanginlar-halk-sagligini-tehdit-ediyor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00fcrk Tabipleri Birli\u011fi (TTB)<\/a>, \u0130srail h\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131konulan Filistinli hekimler ve sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu giderek a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fan Kemal Advan Hastanesi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Dr. Huss\u00e2m Ebu Safiyye i\u00e7in D\u00fcnya Tabipleri Birli\u011fi&#8217;ne (DTB) acil ba\u015fvuruda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/wma-ve-cpmeden-ortak-aciklama-ttb-merkez-konseyini-derhal-gorevlerine-iade-edin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TTB Merkez Konseyi<\/a>, aralar\u0131nda cerrahi b\u00f6l\u00fcm ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ve uzman hekimlerin de bulundu\u011fu 14 Filistinli hekimin, \u00e7o\u011fu konuda resm\u00ee su\u00e7lama bile y\u00f6nlendirilmeden ve adil yarg\u0131lama g\u00fcvenceleri sa\u011flanmadan al\u0131konuldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvuruda, \u00f6zellikle Dr. Huss\u00e2m Ebu Safiyye&#8217;nin incelenmesi dikkat \u00e7ekti. Avukat g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri sonras\u0131nda aktar\u0131lan bilgiler Dr. Ebu Safiyye&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131r kilo kayb\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetine eri\u015fememe, k\u00f6t\u00fc tedavi ve terapi iddialar\u0131 ile genel durumlardaki ciddi k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fme nedeniyle acil uluslararas\u0131 m\u00fcdahaleye ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TTB, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wma.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DTB&#8217;den<\/a> \u0130srail h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ve ilgili makamlara y\u00f6nelik a\u00e7\u0131k ve acil bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Al\u0131konulan hekimlerin sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetine eri\u015fiminin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesini, tedavi ve k\u00f6t\u00fc tedavi performans\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak heyetlerce \u0130stanbul Protokol\u00fc&#8217;ne uygun bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilmesini istedi. Al\u0131konulan Filistinli hekimlere y\u00f6nelik k\u00f6t\u00fc tedavi, bask\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k haklar\u0131 ihlallerine kar\u015f\u0131 kendi h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin nezdinde giri\u015fiminde bulunulmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TTB daha \u00f6nce de Gazze&#8217;de sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti, hekimler ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n sistematik bi\u00e7imde hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 DTB ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler&#8217;in ilgili standard\u0131nda ve \u0130srail Tabipleri Birli\u011fi nezdinde giri\u015fimlerde bulunmu\u015ftu. S\u00f6zle\u015fmelere uyulmas\u0131, insani engelsiz eri\u015fim sa\u011flanmas\u0131, al\u0131konulan sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 ve hastalar\u0131n ya\u015fam i\u00e7in gerekli tedavilerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 yinelemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TTB, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Gazze&#8217;de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n en a\u011f\u0131r sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan birinin, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n tedavileri, al\u0131konulmas\u0131, \u015fiddete ve insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 muameleye maruz kalmas\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtti. Ayr\u0131ca Dr. Ebu Safiyye&#8217;nin, bu b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n en simge \u00f6rneklerinden biri oldu\u011fu ifade edildi.
